Another wonderful stay at our favorite Penthouse. Beautiful and clean with amazing spacious walls of windows and doors leading to the balcony and overlooking the ocean. Great communication from and with host company made our stay seamless and relaxing. Lots of good restaurants in the area, especially seafood, our favorite. Looking forward to our next stay!

The property was as described. It was very clean and the view was amazing. Make sure you bring TP and paper towels and don’t expect to get by with the small amount of provided shampoo/ conditioner/ soap. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Balcony only faces the east, no direct gulf views. Parking ok didn’t realize parking passes were part of the payment. Expensive! Had some issues with mildew around faucets and washer. maintenance came and cleaned so at least we could use the washer. Overall nice complex with easy access to pool and beach. Good variety of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Perfect location!

Only two small complaints...could provide better towels and should label switches that power plugs. Other than that it was perfect!

Great facility with a fantastic view!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Our group included my wife and I, our two college age kids, and my wife's sister and mother. Even with this group, we had plenty of room to spread out. Very nice furnishings and the view was outstanding from the 15th floor! The condo was extremely nice and we appreciate the opportunity to stay there for a week. Hope we can make it back another time.

Beautiful view of the Beach

Very pleased! Could have done without the construction but no reflection on our rental agreement. I wasn’t thrilled with the parking situation. We shouldn’t have had to search for parking or have to park in over flow where there was no security. We were issued 2 parking passes. Should have had designated spaces for each condo. Was told by the guard that the units were handing out more passes then allowed.

Thank you so much for the wonderful 10/10 rating! 🌟 We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful beach view and were very pleased with your stay overall. At the same time, we truly appreciate you sharing your concerns about the construction and parking situation. We understand how frustrating it can be to search for parking — especially when you’ve been issued passes — and we agree that designated spaces would make the experience much smoother. Your feedback about the overflow lot and security is also incredibly important, and we’ll be reviewing this with property management to help prevent issues like this in the future. We’re grateful for your understanding that the construction wasn’t related to your rental agreement, and we’re hopeful that once all work is completed, the property will provide an even better experience for guests. Thank you again for your thoughtful review — we’d love to welcome you back for an even more seamless and relaxing stay! ~ Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations 🌞🏖️

The condo was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully decorated and centrally located - this created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Every detail seemed well considered, from the tasteful furnishings to the overall layout, which made it easy to relax and feel at home throughout our stay. One of the highlights of this property is its outstanding location. It offers convenient access to the beach, making it ideal for those who enjoy spending time by the water. In addition, a variety of water activities are nearby, providing plenty of options for recreation and adventure. The condo is also situated close to numerous dining options, allowing guests to easily explore local restaurants and enjoy a wide range of cuisines without needing to travel far. i would definitely recommend a stay at Summer House Condos.

Penthouse

We like everything the only thing we wish was different was the outside balcony. It isn't on the ocean side and only has a few chairs on it.

Property begins and ends with the views

Our family of four needed a covid getaway. The views and proximity to the beach made the week so very relaxing. When we were not on the beach ( recommend securing chair service early first morning at the beach, Erik was great) we were on the balcony or reading a book at the base of the s facing windows. I would and already have recommended this unit to friends. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

The owners have given a beach tranquility to this condo. Prefect 3 bedroom 2 bath with everything you cant think of needing. The full length balcony of the condo was amazing to open all sliding glass doors and feel the fresh air in the morning!
