The air conditioning and hot water were AWESOME It’s a great place for just two people.The space is very intimate, but the bed is just full size. The bedding was very soft cotton and wonderful. LOCATION outstanding !!

Loved the house perfect for two. We were able to walk every where. Thought we would need bikes but didn't. Berts was half a block away. There was chico feo right across. We will be back

We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house. The location could not have been more perfect. We were able to easily walk to the beach along with the great shops, restaurants and local spots that make Folly so much fun. If you’re hesitant because of some of the reviews mentioning Chico Feo across the street, don’t be! We actually enjoyed hearing the live music which was really good and never seemed overly loud or active. It just added to the fun Beachtown vibe. One of our favorite perks was having Bert’s Market just steps away being open 24/7 was incredibly convenient for late night snacks and anything we forgot to pack. The house was comfortable, clean and perfectly situated for enjoying everything Folly Beach has to offer. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend to any couple looking for fun walkable beach getaway.

We loved having Chico Feo across the street. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and listening to live music. You also could not beat the location as we were able to walk to everything!

This was the perfect location for a first-time traveler to Folly Beach.I describe the home as a retro tree house, very light and serene. I spent most of my time in the front room/sunroom which is surrounded by gorgeous trees. You feel like you’re in a forest, that just happens to be 2 blocks from the beach.Everything I needed was within a 2 block radius - the beach, a grocery store, and a casual outdoor restaurant/music venue.I can’t wait to come back!

We loved this rental. Description is 100% accurate and exceeded our expectations. Spotless, all amenities in perfect order, property management excellent, and great location just two blocks from the beach. Chico Feo restaurant in the next block was a big plus. Simple menu, and drink options, but all excellent, and we really enjoyed both their canned, and their live music.

Perfect beach house for two!

We had a wonderful stay - the location was only a block from the beach and also the downtown area. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved every thing about it! We definitely want to return.
