Little Daffodil is a classic 1939 beach cottage located in the heart of Folly Beach. Just steps to the restaurants and shops of Center St, and a very short two block stroll to the beach, and new fishing pier. Beach access path is located directly across the street from this property. The comfy couch converts to a full-size sleeper as well to make this the perfect cozy getaway for as many as 2-3guests.

With an open-bungalow living concept, Little Daffodil features a combined kitchen and living area, and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The quaint coastal cottage kitchen features new appliances, and counter seating. Additionally, Little Daffodil is outfitted with two 55" smart tvs and high speed internet throughout. Though a cozy footprint, the vaulted ceilings allow for airy and comfortable living.

Little Daffodil has two private outdoor living areas: including a covered screened porch facing W. Cooper Ave, and a private deck facing the Daffodil Compound courtyard. An off street parking space is guaranteed and there is ample street parking as well.

Little Daffodil is part of the landmark Daffodil compound, and shares an outdoor common area that includes: lounge areas, garden shower, and beautiful lush tropical landscaping. This property can be rented alone or in conjunction with Wee Daffodil and/or Big Daffodil to sleep as many as 12 guests.

Fantastic place

This is the perfect spot for a couple. The location is perfect for all restaurants, shops, and the Folly pier. The house is clean, organized, and has everything you need for a long weekend away. The hosts are phenomenal and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay!

I really have nothing but good things to say. I have stayed at Folly Beach before but this is my favorite place I have stayed by far. Very clean, close to Center street and the beach.

Perfect Weekend Get Away

Beautiful, well appointed, little cottage. Located close to the beach, the pier, shopping and restaurants. Check in and check out was very easy. The owners were great to communicate with. Look forward to staying at Little Daffodil on our next visit to Folly Beach.

Love Little Daffodil!

We loved our time at Little Daffodil! It was very clean, comfortable and secure. It is walking distance to everything you would want to do at Folly. The owner is very accessible too.

The perfect getaway

This is the perfect place for a couple to get away. Clean, cozy, well stocked and even better in person than the amazing pictures showed. Can walk to everything (beach, bars, restaurants and shops). Quick drive to Charleston too. If we end up back in Folly Beach this will be the first place I look to book again.

Perfect cottage in Folly

It had everything we needed. Well appointed and cozy. Two blocks to ocean and one block to all shops and restaurants. Owners are helpful and responsive, not that we needed anything. Highly recommend and we will return!!

Absolutely loved our stay in little daffodil and visit to Folly beach! Property was exactly as described, very clean and communication was excellent. A short walk and you are in the heart of Folly with lots of meal choices and fun beach bars. This little beach bungalow made our trip even more special!

The cottage is a wonderful size for single/couple's stay at Folly Beach. The amenities are first class, the communications with the owners are excellent...they even messaged me with the details of the New Years celebration, which was appreciated. Fabulous weekend getaway!

My husband and I had our first trip to Folly Beach. We loved it! The cottage we rented was perfect. It was so clean and well stocked with lots of towels in the bathroom and kitchen. The outdoor shower was one of the best we’ve had. We were able to walk everywhere. The only time we got in our car was to drive to the lighthouse. We will definitely rent this cottage again!

Cozy, convenient, and fun!

This was the PERFECT honeymoon getaway house! Adorable bungalow two blocks from the beach and a hop skip and a jump downtown while still being peaceful. We enjoyed reading in the hammock, showering off after the beach in the outdoor shower, and listening to storms in the comfy bed. My favorite activity was renting bikes and going to the lighthouse from our home. Steven gave us SO MANY good tips for food and fun. Just the best stay possible. Thank you!!! We WILL be back!!!

Perfect location for beach and town, easy access, wanted for nothing, delighted in everything. A perfect place for a couple's getaway. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful on the beach! Beach and town were uncrowded at this time of year (mid-September), just lovely.

I am born and raised in Charleston and Michael is a transplant who has lived here for many years. We live just down the street at the end of East Ashley Avenue, almost to the Morris Island Lighthouse. Our other Folly rentals include the rest of The Daffodil Cottages Compound (Daffodil Big 2br/2bth and Daffodil Little 1br/1bth) and two cottages in the east end know as Marshmellow 2br/2bth and Oleander 3br/2bth. It is located on our quiet east end street and offers marsh and ocean views from the front and rear decks. Also, If interested in staying in downtown Charleston for a few nights, we have 3, two bedroom apartments located at the corner of Warren and St Philip Streets that we run through vrbo as well! We own and operate Stella's Restaurant and Mosaic Catering + Events as well. If any questions at all about the area, do not hesitate to reach out. We love our island and are always excited to share information!

This little cottage is super special to us. Even though it has the charm of a 1939 beach cottage, it has all the comforts of a modern rental. It's location, just a block from town and a block from the ocean, make it the ideal place for a quick getaway for a couple or small family.
