Walk outside and cross the street and you will be either on the Beach, Boardwalk, Rides, Games, Restaurants, or the Water Park. Not only do we have a great location, but we also have one of the nicest affordable house in Seaside Heights.

Welcome to Seaside Heights with its white sandy beaches, great new boardwalk and with a City-wide major renovation to become the Barrier Island’s Family Resort place.

Seaside Heights has become the #1 affordable seaside tourist destination for summer vacation in New Jersey. Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week. BEST OF ALL INCLUDES 6 BEACH BADGES...

We are proud to introduce our new addition to our inventory of summer beach rentals. Your beach home, located on the main level of a 2-family home: a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV and a 60-inch TV in the living room.

Our beach house is centrally located; approx. 4 to 5 homes from the Boardwalk/Ocean. Carrying all those beach items will now be a distance memory and should you need to go back for that emergency, it is nice to know it is all doable. We offer 2-free street parking passes (additional parking spaces may be available $$) plus up to 6-beach badges (a minimum total savings of $500).

BEACH:
We are located beach block, just 3 to 4 homes from the boardwalk, rides, beach and Water Park. All your beach activities are now within easy reach. Park your car and start your vacation. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, Free Concerts on Thursday night and let's not forget those great Wednesday night Beach Fireworks.


ACTIVITIES:
Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Free Range rstr await your arrival. At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away). And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).



ITEMS OF INTEREST:
No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

The Backyard has two picnic tables and two propane grills, and all exterior facilities are sharable and common.

All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

This is a multi-family building, there are a flight of stairs to climb. Please consider this before making a reservation.

There is no off-street parking or reserved spaces. Guest must find their own free street parking.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

Recycle items must be placed in the proper recycling cans. Paper, plastic, and glass can be commingled, plastic bags are not recyclable, garbage be put in the plastic bags, placed in the garbage can.
Leave all bed linens on the beds and unit must be in a broom-clean prior to departure, place beach passes and parking passes on kitchen table, lock doors behind you not to incur additional cost.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place was clean and accurate on the listing. We had a good time there. The only downside is there were no bath towels provided, only for an extra charge which was strange to me. Overall, the hosts were very attentive and great. I would recommend this property.

Very happy with this house. Perfect amount of room for the 6 of us. House was very clean when we got there . We were able to park both our vehicles in front of the house. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We arrived and we didn’t have to deal with any issues or difficulties during check in and check out. I loved the AC units and fans throughout the home especially with the summer heat. The board games provided were really fun at night. The kitchen was great for cooking dinner and breakfasts each day and the walk to the boardwalk and beach was amazing and quick. We also walked to the grocery store which was pleasant as well.

Property location was perfectly close to beach, boardwalk, and fun. The pictures don't give the space credit! TVs and air conditioning in every room. Once you park your car, you won't need it! The boardwalk is 1 block away! The water park was across the street, which our teenagers enjoyed! The house is in good condition and exactly as described. The owners are very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

Ants, fire alarms, and leaks. oh my!

When we first arrived the property was clean, the space was nice, the manager was hospitable. However the longer we stayed the more problems we had. First we found the ants in the kitchen. We informed the manager and we were told "Oh we know, there are traps out but they come in when it rains". He said he would spray outside for them later that day and never did. Next was the fire alarm. We were asleep, it was 1 in the morning and the fire alarm just randomly went off. This happened 2 other times in the morning. We again told the manager, he came and took the smoke detector and said he'd bring a new one later. Never did. Next was the kitchen lights. They flickered. I'm not talking 1 light flickering slightly, which would implicate the bulb burning out. I mean all 4 overhead lights were full on blinking. Practically strobe lights. Tell the manager "Yeah we know, but we just changed the bulbs" Then of course when it rained, the ceiling in the kitchen was leaking. Believe me this was not a new leak. The stain had clearly been there for a long time. When we told the manager "Oh yes. We knew about the leak, but we already fixed that." Clearly not! I had to mop a puddle in the kitchen at 5:30 in the morning and put a pot in the middle of the floor! Flickering lights, plus malfunctioning fire alarm, plus leaky roof. I guarantee there are electrical problems. This property is unsafe and unsanitary. Go somewhere else.

Walking distance to the boardwalk.

Good location to the boardwalk. The house was neat and clean. I would recommend curtains on the bedrooms windows, if you are staying with children the light early in the morning or spot lights from nearby parking lots coming in into the late night hours makes it a bit hard to fall asleep and to keep kids asleep in the morning. We were there 4th of July weekend through the week there were neighbors setting off fireworks right outside out windows well into the middle of the night over the weekend. There is also a dog in the neighborhood that barked a lot late at night and early morning.

We had a great stay in the property. It was clean and as promised. Location was positively fantastic: just walked everywhere. Close to boardwalk, restaurants, beach, water park. I would suggest two things for future guests: you may want to request extra blankets, as host provided one bedspread/blanket per bed, which if it were chilly, wouldn't be enough and two, bring eye shades. The blinds in the windows are not room-darkening, so at night the lights from the parking lots/streets stream in the bedrooms. Other than that we had a FANTASTIC trip! Highly recommend!

I took my daughter and 5 of her friends here for weekend getaway. They had a blast. Very convenient to beach and boardwalk. I parked my car upon arrival and didn’t get back in it till we went home. The experience was amazing! Location was ley. Literally a minute walk from the boardwalk. Didn’t have to use the car once.and the property manager was beyond Amazing and accommodating. Only recommendation would be have black out shaddes. Being Surrounded by yparking lots, it got very bright at night. Other than that the trip was all around the best time!
