This property is all about family! It is laid out to comfortably accommodate large groups and give them small private spaces as well as larger gathering spaces. All 3 levels give uninterrupted views of the lake so you'll always feel like you're at the lake even when you are relaxing or hanging out at the house. Great care has been taken so that you can enjoy your stay without having to worry about anything but having a great time. The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bbq grill. You'll also enjoy amenities like HD tv's, free Wifi, walking/running/bike path and nearby attractions; park, pond, city park amphitheater (lots of free concerts), and pickleball are just a 5 minute walk. Big favorites are the play structure for the kids and everyone loves the fire pit!

We love Bear Lake! We have been coming up here since we were born. Of course we didn't know each other back then but now we are happy to have a place to share with our family and you.

Why they chose this property

1. VIEWS. There are gorgeous views of the lake from all the windows and patios on the south, east and north sides of the house.
2. LOCATION. The house is just a couple blocks from the walking/biking path that runs through Garden City. It is an easy walk/bike ride to town for shakes or to the public beach access at the city park. Also walk down to the city pond and try to catch a few fish!
3. ROOMS. With 5 bedrooms and two bunk rooms, there are plenty of rooms for smaller family groups to have their own rooms and the loft is great place for the kids to hang out and sleep.
4. WELL APPOINTED. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a large group needs. The furniture, bedding and towels are all new.
