You are more than welcome! We appreciate the comments. We furnish, update and supply our cabin like it is our primary home...no cutting corners just because we rent it out when we are not using it outselves. First Class all the way!!!

I am sorry to hear that your experience with the AC was problematic. In our listing we mention that the Master bedroom is upstairs in an A-Frame cabin. We do have specific instructions written on a placard outside the Master Bedroom door on how to manage the heat (which is very manageable if followed precisely). The window in the room has an automatic exhaust fan to blow the heat outside and a ceiling fan as well (as do all of the rooms). We also provide 4 floor fans for placing in strategic locations if needed. In three years of hosting we have never had a complaint about the AC during the summer. The AC is oversized for the size of the cabin and keeps everything downstairs at 72 degrees, even when it is 95 outside. The day of arrival is unique in that arrival is in the afternoon. That is my we always message our guests to let us know when the leave the valley so we can pre-cool the cabin. Unfortunately we did not receive a text from you or we would have done so. We also moved the check-in time up to 3pm for this purpose as well. You stayed only one day as you messaged us that you "needed to get back to the Valley" for unstated reasons. If you had stayed the full three days you would have noticed that the temperature was more than manageable during the remainder of your trip. Sorry for your short stay experience. We would like to assure all future Guests that the cabin is not a hot box :)
