Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

This was an awesome place to stay . Lovely well cared for grounds and it's location was perfect for walking around the historic district filled with restaurants, shops etc. The neighborhood was safe and the unit was very clean and offered many amenities. Great stay fia quick trip. The location was within easy walking distance of the downtown attractions which made it perfect. For a longer stay the one bathroom for 4 people, two teenagers might be tough but worked fine for is for a shorter trip.
