Situated between the beautiful live oaks in the West Beach Village on Kiawah Island, this one bedroom, one bathroom villa is an ideal spot just minutes from the beautiful, sandy beach. Located on the second floor, and tucked back in a little neighborhood off of West Beach, this is the perfect setting for a quiet vacation getaway.

The condo includes tile flooring throughout, and a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan combines the living room, dining room and kitchen area. The living room has a flat screen TV, and the condo is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Also, relax on the rocking chairs out on the screened in porch and enjoy the nature and wildlife of Kiawah! Not a bad way to spend an afternoon.

The master suite is located just off the main entranceway and contains a comfy king size bed, TV, and updated private bathroom with new countertops and tiled walk-in shower. This property is great for couples or solo adventurers!

Beautiful location

Place was very clean and just as advertised. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped, but that’s more of a personal preference than a knock on the reservation itself. Overall, excellent location, 2 min walk from the beach.

Quiet Retreat Only Steps to the Beach

I enjoyed my 4 night stay in this villa! It is a spacious, one bedroom villa in very restful, quiet surroundings. It was a quick, easy walk to the expansive, beautiful beach. Beach chairs are provided. The unit is a bit dated, but was very clean and provided a much needed respite.

Perfect getaway

Location and accommodations were great. The suite was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The walk to the beach was a short walk away (about 200 steps). Location is great for walks and riding bikes either on trails or on the 10 mi. long beach. Great spot to be.

Charming peaceful condo with back screen porch high ceilings in a private tree setting. We loved the comfortable bed & bathroom with large shower . Close to the beach & FreshFields village which has restaurants & shopping & grocery store. This was the most amazing stay in the most wonderful area Kiawah Island. Beautiful location

The unit itself was a bit smaller than it appears in the photos, however the balcony was perfect. Perhaps time for a refresh of the decor with paint and smaller scale furniture. The beach and neighborhood were both perfect and very quiet. This is our first experience using VRBO - email communication from booking to check in and check out could not have been better!!

Very positive. Unit was clean, quiet & user friendly. King bed was very comfortable. Screened in deck was delightful. Only 100 yds. to superb beach & 2 miles to nice food & retail shopping center. It is an upstairs unit, so note the stairs (28) if you have knee trouble. Several ceiling fans were great. Management company was diligent & helpful.

Housekeeping could do a better job

Property was 90% clean and inviting. Linens, beds, floors, porch, appliances were all great. The small things we found: hair from previous guests still clogged on top of the shower drain; kitchen trash can liner had been replaced, but there was an old banana peel at the bottom; the kitchen counter had not been wiped off--there was dirt, sticky spots, and I found two small wood finish nails on top of the counter, that were hidden by the multi-colored finish of the countertop.
