This charming Seascape Villa is close to the beach and conveniently located in West Beach Village with close proximity to golf, restaurants, and easy access to bike paths. The fully equipped kitchen offers an eat-at island for three. Cozy living space features a comfortable sofa and club chair, and a smart TV for streaming your favorites when it’s time to relax (no cable TV). A spacious sunroom adds another comfortable living space, offering a well-loved leather recliner, and the futon is perfect for reading a favorite novel or an afternoon nap. Step just outside and enjoy a close-up view of the lovely tropical vegetation that makes Kiawah special. This villa is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a small family.

In 2007, a friend asked me if I would help her rent her villa also. Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner.
