Great Family Reunion

We enjoyed the amazing view of the golf course and trees. Several families of elk came by, with babies! The house was spacious for a large group with various places to eat and just hang out. Only 5 min to town.

This house was great for our large group. We had small children and they enjoyed the room to play. The house was fully stocked with equipment to cook and the speaker system was a great touch.

We were delighted with our stay in Estes. The views were fantastic, the arrangement of the living spaces was great for our big group. We enjoyed the extra counter space in the kitchen - perfect for setting up the buffet-style meals.We had over 10 people staying each night and we are all coworkers - plenty of bathrooms, beds and towels for everyone.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, so close to town and the view of the golf course is great. We loved seeing the elk and deer every morning. Definitely would stay again!

Read the fine print which translates to bringing toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwasher soap etc. When I asked I was referred to the rental agreement. For the price……they could have been more generous.

We are pleased to provide 20 rolls of TP, 4 rolls of PT, napkins, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, soap, shampoo, conditioner in every bathroom, and Kleenex throughout the house. If we fall short we are happy to restock, as was offered to this guest who declined.

Perfect weekend for friends

This property was just what we need for a relaxing weekend. The 14-16 us over the weekend had plenty of room to socialize with enough table seating for all to dine together. Great kitchen and extra fridges. Wildcard football watching in the great room was a given, but elk watching in the yard was a plus! Also very easy check-in and check-out.

The house and location were perfect. Lots of room and different conversation areas. Close to downtown and RMNP. We hiked, biked, fished and had a spa day at Qi. All just great.

Comfortable and well-stocked

8 of us stayed very comfortably in our rooms, and had plenty of space for a working weekend. Highly recommend for any large groups who want room to hang out together but also space to unwind alone as needed.
