Amazing Spring Break Stay

Thank you for this opportunity to stay at Summer Bay Resort! The location was perfect for what we had planned (Universal Volcano Bay, Disney Springs, Cocoa Beach). The resort had so many amenities (beautiful clean pools, poolside bar/food, mini golf, live music, and more). Booking through this property owner allowed us ease, she gave us easy driving directions, check in was smooth and placed us near the pool, room was perfect for my 12 year old daughter and me, and our stay included platinum stay which allowed reduced pricing for Starbucks, Kahuana Bar and more. We enjoyed a full day at the pool and hot tub! We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great place, great management!

We loved our stay! The resort is clean, well maintained, hassle-free and only about 15 mins from Disney World. There were shuttles but we didn’t use them because we had our vehicle. Parking was free, plentiful and convenient. The check in process was easy and there was no high-pressure time share pitch. Barbara and Jeff were super accommodating and helped us coordinate with the resort to extend an extra day. We will absolutely book with them again!!

Very reasonably priced accommodations near Disney. We were very pleased with condition of condo and cleanliness and property was exactly as advertised. Only negative noted for our stay (and still gave 5 stars cause this is only a negative for us) is I get very hot at night (due to hormones) and thermostat was set to only go down to 69. Would have loved to been able to turn it down just one more degree for sleeping but it had a block on it.

Very nice resort and very quiet. This is a VRBO but in a resort. Beautiful place. Tons of activities of you're not going to Disney World. Not was a short drive that was easy to access all parks. We had excellent communication with the owner and she was very accommodating. Highly recommend this location.

Perfect vacation for families

Barbara was absolutely the most phenomenal host her communication was impeccable the resort in itself the photos do zero Justice I traveled with a 14 and 15-year-old but if you had teenagers as well as younger kids there is something for everyone to do with this resort it is perfect for adults there is so much to do that even if you're traveling with smaller kids you can enjoy your vacation and they can as well everyone at the resort was phenomenal Layla at the front desk was great I was nervous about staying at a resort especially a timeshare one I was not pressured into watching a presentation at all the fees for things were very minimal you literally do not have to leave the resort there is a trolley that takes you around the resort a regular Publix grocery store is right there they were even deliver groceries to your room check out was a breeze I loved that they gave everybody what is called a magic bracelet so I did not have to worry about anyone especially the teenagers losing the room key it's on a waterproof bracelet there are so many activities what is not included is very reasonably priced the boys got fishing poles they were $10 for the day jet skiing was 70 and that was the highest thing there is a movie theater there is a pool table there is horsetooth they are do-it-yourself crafts at the tiki bar I cannot tell you enough about this resort I would highly recommend running from Barbara over running directly from the resort her price was actually cheaper than what I could have rented it from the resort for I highly recommend staying here I lived in Florida 15 years ago and although this says Clermont you can literally see the Disney fireworks from the rooftop you were right there and the shuttle that runs to universal Disney and SeaWorld makes you not need to leave the resort for any reason other than to go to the parks if you want it to again I highly recommend this especially for families that have children of different ages

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The bed was super comfortable, the room was very clean and quiet. There was so much to do on the resort grounds! We took advantage of the free shuttle to and from Disney World. We will for sure stay here again. Check in process was a breeze. Barbara was prompt with replies. This place exceeded our expectations. The AC was nice and cold.
