The home is located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a mid-day siesta and just minutes from all of the fantastic attractions Sarasota has to offer.This spacious retreat provides brand new stainless steel appliances in its breathtaking open kitchen. The living room opens to a large lanai with comfortable outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or fully cooked meal on the 4 burner BBQ. The split level floor plan gives you a very private master bedroom with a king size bed and master bath on one side, and two rooms with queen size beds and a second bathroom on the other side of the house.Clean linens,towels,beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella..... are provided for your comfort. A two car garage and laundry room are yours to use as well. Enjoy full privacy at this beautiful home and know that we are just a phone call away for anything that you may need.

Great stay

Our stay was great! Communicating with Frank was very easy, and he answered questions very quickly. The house is close to everything and the neighbors are very friendly! The house looks exactly the same as it does in pictures, and it met all of our needs! We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Sea-son in Sarasota!

This little home was pure perfection for my husband and our 2 small dogs. It was lovely, from the walk up the front sidewalk through the house. Clean, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious...we couldn't have asked for more. When we had guests, they were impressed by the sizes of the bedrooms, and the extra bathroom. The owners were very responsive to any need we had; we couldn't have asked for better customer treatment. We loved the location; we were able to get downtown, to AMI, to the beaches, or the highway within minutes. Never once did we say, "I wish this place had..."; it had it all! We will be back next year!

Property in good condition, in quiet neighborhood (dead end street). Kitchen could be better stocked ie. no cutting boards, colander, or baking sheets, skillets should be updated. The 9x 13 pan rusty;I left it out on counter prior to leaving with note to say please replace. Luggage racks in BR’s would be nice a nice addition as there are no dressers. For a 10 day stay there were 3 bath towels left in each bath. Lost power one evening & owner very responsive when called.

I wish you had messaged me in regards to the things you felt were missing during your stay. If I was aware I would have made every effort to make your stay perfect! I would also like to apologize for the power outage. It was an error due to a power transponder, 4 houses lost the power for an hour. Florida power was fast to come out and fix the issue. I wish I was given a chance to make your 4 star experience a 5 star stay!

After a bad experience at our first rental house, we quickly got back online this time for a last minute house we can get our family into that was clean and safe! This house did not let us down. It was so clean and had everything we could ask for. Our Family loved the house and can’t wait to rebook I’m the future!

Not what I expected.

This property was not the “oasis” as advertised on vrbo. First and foremost, it is quite a distance to everything! Siesta Key Beach is a very long drive away, Publix, Costco, even the downtown core is quite a drive. Not convenient to most things as described. The exterior was terribly disappointing ... there is NO grass in the backyard. It is only dirt and weeds, a couple of half dead trees, no flowers or plantings and no furniture. The lanai, although a good size, is dark and has brown plastic covering every other window?! The table and chair set in the lanai is comfortable and seats 6. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn’t work, the blind fell off the window when we tried to open it, the bedroom closet door fell off and hit my guest in the head. It fell off twice more. The other guest bedroom, the blinds wouldn’t open either but were replaced while we were there. The bbq stopped working on the 2nd night. It was replaced on the 5th day. (2nd appt to have repairs done). The kitchen sink Was backed up and very slow to drain the entire time we were there as I think the garberater is full. (We never used the garberator). The last tenant had left notes asking for things like the cutting boards, frying pans etc to be replaced before the next tenants (us), and they weren’t. They were in terrible condition but were replaced during our stay after another conversation with the owner. None of these were huge issues, it was the overall collective of problems and the 3 scheduled appts necessary to fix the many issues. The owner said he was trying to make me happy, but what would have made me happy would have been to not have to deal with them in the first place and wait around, on my holiday, for repair people to come and go. Another big issue was the water reeked of sulfur, we did not drink it and purchased jugs of water from the store, you could smell it on your skin and clothes constantly. Overall, I would only give this property a 2/5.

Dear guest,We are very sorry that our home was not up to your standards! As we stated during your stay, we always try our best to correct any problems guests might encounter. We understand that having to wait for a contractor to fix an issue is a headache! We also understand that when you attempt to sublet a rental property without the owner’s consent, and those guests cancel on you at the last minute, that you might be forced to pay for the total cost of the rental yourself. That’s a bummer, but making up issues in an attempt to get a discount or a refund is not the best way to go about conducting your business. Moreover, leaving holes the wall and tearing down window treatments is tantamount to property damage. Our “garberater” is connected directly to the sewer and doesn’t get full. The backyard, while perhaps not Masters Tournament level lush, is fully grassed. Ceiling fans do tend to stop working when you rip the pull string from the motor unit. Sorry! Overall we spent $1,000 attempting to cater to your needs, not including fulfilling your request that batteries in each device be replaced with brand new batteries. We are sorry your stay was not at our typically high standard and wish you the best of luck in your future travels.

We arrived early and were OK'd to check in. The place was as advertised, clean and very comfortable. The parking was great including the opportunity to put one of the vehicles in the garage. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch area where we spent the early evenings reviewing the days events. All of us remarked that we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Sarasota. It was nice to be close to the downtown. The interior of the home was very nice and comfortable, being completely redone. However, the outside space could use some improvements. It's nice to spend time outdoors when you go to Florida and that area was really lacking.

We would stay here again. Great location for us to explore the city. In an older neighborhood with various houses being redone, a few not so nice houses in the neighborhood too, but an up and coming place. Owner was easy to deal with, very responsive. Again, a nicely redone home.
