Upscale Vacation House in South Venice

Upscale modern luxury South Venice house 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2000 sf, high ceiling, modern Italian furniture. 10 min short walk to a ferry that leads to a private beach and a 7 min drive to the nearest Manasota public beach. Unfortunately, pass to the ferry becomes unavailable.
1 king, 1 queen, 1 full bed, big sitting and living areas, separate dining room, and a big Florida screened room.
Completely equipped for living, starting from all kitchen appliances (washer, toaster, coffee and juice makers, and an Air Fryer) , washer/drier in the separate laundry room, linens and towels. Just upgraded a brand new kitchen with granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms. 2 upscale road bikes, and 2 kayaks (one inflatable so you can carry around) for you to enjoy a trail and paddling.
There are 2 TVs, 65in in the living area and 55in in the master bedroom with Netflix and Prime.
House has no pool.

Very nicely laid out home! Much bigger in person than it is in pictures. Although there were only four of us for the week. There is plenty of room for 6 people. The house and space were great. Amazing kitchen (suggest a keurig). Lots of lovely dishes and glassware available, plenty of linens Home was beautifuil!! We did purchase mats for tub and shower due to surface being slippery.All of the furishings were great as was the porch. Suggest some written directions for TV. Difficult to access our netflix and prime and keep movies on.

The home was as pictured and clean. We had all the towels, and dishes, we could want. Mansota beach was a short 10min drive. We liked being close to the beach. Also there is a nature park with a playground and nice walking paths just 5mins from the house. Owner was responsive to text. Great place to stay.

I would stay again!

This was a great house with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. I have a bad back and am always in pain when sleeping outside of my home but I have to say the bed in the master room was so comfy to me and I’ve never said that before! The house was well stocked. We would not hesitate to stay there again. I highly recommend this property!!

Great House!

I loved our time at this house! Its clean, the floorplan is great, and the master bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. It is our second time staying in Venice and I love this neighborhood. The owner was very communicative. The house has very nice televisions which was great for relaxing with the family and each bedroom had a ceiling fan. I don't think you will regret choosing this house.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved this house. Great location for us. Clean and very spacious. This house is very well equipped. Launi is large and the furniture is comfortable. We really enjoyed it. Internet is fast and tvs are large with many apps. Bathrooms are clean and large. Having a well equipped kitchen and laundry was a great advantage for us. We didn't use the kayak or bike but they are available. Newspaper was delivered every day. Owner of this house was quick to communicate with us. Thanks.

Very nicely laid out home! Much bigger in person than it is in pictures. Would have loved to use the lanai area however our stay was during an extreme cold front over the holiday! My family was traveling for a wedding. We needed accommodations in the Venice area. The location of this property was perfect. It provided us with plenty of room, we had everything we needed. A few changes would improve the stay

PROS: The house was well maintained and spacious, and Anatoley was quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood was quiet and relatively close to beaches. Beach chairs, a sea kayak, one bike, beach unbrellas, etc, were available for use. CONS: The property was as listed, except the ferry pass to the neighborhood island was not available. Use of the ferry was one of the main reasons I selected this property. Also, only one bike was available for four of us. Listing stated "bikes", but when I checked with the owner (after making the initial deposit for the property), he stated only one bike was available. Again, nothing huge, but availability of bikes was one of the reasons I selected this property. Anyone renting in the Venice area should be warned that city water is terrible (smells of sulfur). The house did have one tap in the kitchen that provided filtered water. Otherwise, we'd have had to invest in bottled water. WiFi password was not available at the house, and I had to contact the owner to access it. There was no information provided for the area (suggested restaurants or points of interest).
