Step into our one-of-a-kind, spacious retro loft apartment, perfect for families and groups looking for a fun, comfortable, and memorable beach getaway. Located just across the street from the ocean, this second-story apartment (stair access) offers beautiful sunrises, glowing sunsets, and charming, partially obscured ocean views.

Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space full of personality and comfort. With room for everyone to spread out, the loft features TVs in every bedroom and the main living area, plus a dedicated space that’s perfect for kids to set up video games and unwind after a day at the beach. For a little friendly competition, enjoy the bumper pool table or gather around for a lively poker night.

The design blends retro flair with an industrial loft feel, complete with exposed air ducts, a soapstone-look kitchen countertop, and a nostalgic retro dinette that pays tribute to the building’s early days. Every detail was chosen to create a space that feels unique, colorful, and full of character while still offering all the modern comforts you expect in a vacation rental. With fast Spectrum WiFi (300 mbps), you’ll stay connected when you need to.

Step outside to your oversized second-story deck, your private coastal escape. This inviting outdoor space features a comfortable couch with plush pillows, a dining table and chairs for al fresco meals, and a 10x10 umbrella for shade on sunny Florida days. Fire up the electric grill and enjoy easy outdoor cooking while taking in the breezy, laid-back atmosphere and peekaboo ocean views.

You truly don’t need to bring anything but your suitcase, everything you need is here. Traveling with a larger group? Rent the neighboring space as well to accommodate up to 20 guests total, making it the perfect setup for family gatherings or group retreats.

Property was as advertised, and overall super convenient since it’s right across the road from a Publix and the beach. The place itself comfortably fit all the guests. Also only a 15min drive/Uber from Daytona boardwalk, which was convenient for the big race. Would definitely stay again!

Exceeded expectations

The atmosphere and decor were beautiful. Vacationed to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday along with her graduating high school, as well as my birthday trip to Welcome to Rockville. From the moment i booked and every day i stayed, Ms. Sandie has been very helpful, caring and attentive. She is a truly wonderful host. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, neatly organized and quiet place to relax and get away from the chaos of everyday life. A place like home

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The communication between Sandra and us was extraordinarilly nice and we really had a good time. Everything is new and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The location is great with access to shopping and leisure within minutes. Hopefully we have the chance to return again. Thank you for your hospitality dear Sandra and Carl, we really enjoyed our stay!

Super clean

This property is super clean. The floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, everything was really clean and neat. The manager was wonderful to work with, always quick to respond and keep in touch. We went down for the Daytona race and this condo was a quick drive to Daytona which made it very convenient. The beach is across the street. Not a lot of restaurants within a short walk but definitely enough places within a short drive. There is a grocery store beside the condo which was nice to get drinks and snacks. There are no tv’s In the queen bedroom and the bedroom with two beds but the master bedroom and living room both have tv’s. I definitely recommend this condo.

Amazing Beachside Stay

Awesome Rental!

Me and my friends wanted a place to just relax at after finals week and this was perfect! The location was amazing with publix and many dining options within walking distance. Very clean and convenient location! On our arrival the place was prepared to celebrate our twins birthday. The owner had placed balloons and birthday decorations throughout the property. There is a Publix and great places to eat. You can walk to the beach. You can also see the the beach from the patio. The patio gives a great view to area. Perfect birthday getaway for my boys and family. We also we fishing and my son caught a shark. Oh my! Great memories!

Karl and I purchased this building with the intentions of creating vacation rentals. Our Loft By The Sea rental is almost 3 years old. We have been very successful in this venture with 5 star ratings. We take pride in making it the best stay for our guests and adding little details others do not think about. We enjoy meeting the guests when we can. Being almost empty nesters we have found something that will fill that void.
