Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set Thermostat to Cool at 74F. Make sure all appliances are off.
Gather Towels and leave in Tub
Remove trash. Trash can be placed in Blue Trash can out back and Recycling in green Tub out back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter must agree to all house rules. Host will require a government issued picture ID prior to check in.
No smoking of any kind inside. No underage drinking. No illegal drug use. Checkout after 11am will result in an additional $100 fee.
House is on Septic. Flush only Toilet Paper. Remove all sand outside before showering inside or doing laundry.

The property is immaculate!!! Joe and Kalli were wonderful hosts. The house is small but perfect for 2 people. The location is great with shopping and restaurants nearby. And most important the beach is only feet away and is beautiful. A great stay for 3 weeks.

Ormond Beach home

This home is conveniently located steps to Ormond beach, great check-in, home was easy to find, host was great and responsive, home was immaculate! Fresh flowers on the table was an extra touch, house had everything we needed, very quiet neighborhood, we used the beach chairs and umbrella provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful oasis

Beautiful, newly renovated house. Steps away from the stunning Atlantic Ocean. The host was excellent and helped us with whatever we needed. The house was conveniently located around stores and restaurants in a very safe place. Excellent experience we will be back!

Dolphin Paradise!

My stay at the turtle nest was the absolute most amazing weekend! 30 minutes after arriving at the VRBO I walked down to the beach (1 min walk!) and I saw so many dolphins!! Aside from the beach access, the actual property is so clean, quiet, modern and has every amenity you can think of! Washing machine, dryer, outdoor shower, full kitchen, and even the countertops are beautiful! I cant wait to come back!Thank you to Kallie and Joe for this amazing stay!

Beautiful New Beach House!

Kallie and Joe's place was incredible - the house was clean and decorated beautifully! They truly thought of all the little details to make their guests feel right at home. The location of the house is so convenient, we were steps from the beach and able to walk to Publix, coffee shops, etc. Kallie and Joe also provided a super thoughtful guest book with recommended restaurants and activities, which is perfect for those new to the area! I am already looking forward to my next stay at the Turtle Nest!

Beautiful well maintained house perfect for our stay at Ormond beach, the house was clean and comfortable with modern appliances and well stocked. The location was perfect, everything we needed was a quick car ride away. Although the weather wasn't ideal for swimming, the beach is a very short walk away. Joe our contact person was great, any questions we had were quickly answered. The only issue we had was finding the entrance to property, street signs were hard to see but after a few times coming and going locating entrance got easier. Would not hesitate to stay again the next time we are in the area.

This Turtles Nest was perfect for one or two guests. The house was PRISTINE, very cute and comfortable. The furniture, appliances, etc., looked brand new. The hosts provided coffee, bottled water, fresh flowers and even brought me cupcakes for my birthday. The bathroom had plenty of soap, lotion, toilet paper and a blow dryer. The hosts, Joe and Callie were so sweet, as was their darling baby, Marshall. They brought me anything I needed, even a little lamp for bedside reading. I was there 18 days and their communication was easy, fast and informative. Joe even texted to remind me of the rocket launch, which was awesome viewing right from the beach. The beach is just steps away and is lovely and not crowded.Super great vacation, and I plan on booking a couple of weeks there again next spring. Wonderful place!
