This fully modern beach condo sits at the very tip of Mission Beach, steps from both the ocean and the bay side beaches. Truly one of the most beautiful and fun spots in San Diego. BBQ and hot tub on the common porch. Sauna on the lower level. HBO, and internet included. Off street parking in front. Double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two comfortably, or which can fit three kids in a pinch. Take one of the included bikes down the boardwalk to Belmont park, the roller coaster, and lots more fun. Step off into the quiet end of the beach and enjoy playing in the surf with one of our boogie boards, or invent your own beach fun in lots of other ways. Ten min to SeaWorld San Diego.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Parking: Your spot is marked as #3 (kind of looks like 33 due to re-painting). There are large parking lots across the street in either direction for the bay and ocean side ends of the beach.
Extra sheets, blankets, and towels are in the closet just outside the bedroom. If you use blankets or bedding, please leave it out or on the floor when you leave and do not return it to the closet.
Maid will clean and take out the trash. When you are done with your stay, please just put the key back in the box and you are good to go
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely fabulous! Great host, helpful and informative in just the right amount. Neighbors are kind and friendly, even to renters. Fantastic location with great views and beautiful walks along the beach. The apartment has everything you need. Zero complaints, can't wait to come back again.

The place was pretty good. The floors were kinda messed up/damaged. The sauna didn't look very good, maybe hasn't been used in years by anybody and in a strange place. This place is near the airport flight path and appears that almost no sound control is installed.

Clean room. The hot tub was premium size and comfort with more jets for maximum effect. Sauna was awesome. Used the bikes for Mission Beach boardwalk. Stunning views. Boogie boards and beach chairs were nice.

Property was nice but small with a nice view and location. We loved the jacuzzi and sauna. I used to host a STR property and always left a gift basket with snacks. Although the host was friendly and responsive, we expected there to be coffee/tea with sweetner and creamer at a minimum. These are available when renting hotels and are pretty basic. Also wine or cocktail glasses would be nice since it is a vacation rental. Overall a nice place though.

Love this location

We love this location and this unit was excellent. It was just as described with everything we needed. We love the neighborly vibe, the view of the channel, and even enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. We’ll definitely be back.

Cute little place with a great View.

We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. And the walk to the beach and to the parks was easy. Hot tub was great. We would definitely stay again.

Convenient Mission Beach Location

The property was an excellent location for a San Diego Vacation. The hot tub was a nice benefit after a long day of walking. Everything was as described. The only thing that would have improved the stay is that the kitchen was lacking a big pot to cook pasta, and a large skillet. However, we were able to improvise and make do with the cooking utensils provided. Overall, I was happy with the property.

Nice location and condo

This 1 bedroom with a pull out couch was perfect for the 2 of us! The location was great as we could walk along Mission beach. We loved having the bikes available to take bike rides.
