Duncan’s Dunes is a single level, three bedroom, two bath home offering privacy, and only a 1/2 block from the beach. The home has been tastefully re-modeled with designer touches throughout the home. The home has an open spacious floor plan with dining in the kitchen and dining room / living room both. The propane fireplace located in the living room adds to the charm of staying in a beach house located so close to the Sea. The Master Bedroom has it’s own private bath with tub and views of the ocean. Both guest bedrooms have views. Small room off the hallway with bunk beds suitable for children.
Large patio is located in front of the home for comfortable sun bathing and the hot tub is protected with glass on three sides. While sitting in the hot tub you will have views of the Pacific Ocean, beach and sand dunes. The home is located on a private street with 4 homes including Duncan’s Dunes. Plenty of parking for vehicles. This Vacation Rental is a “Beach House by the Sea"

A gem on the coast. A short walk to the water and great coast views. A quiet neighborhood as well. Host is extremely responsive to any question. The house is well stocked with beach toys and bikes for kids in the garage. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again

This house really satisfied my desire to feel like I was right on the beach. The windows are large and look out over the water. It was rainy and cold outside, but the cozy fireplace provided warmth and enhanced the atmosphere inside. Perfectly set up for young children with toys and beds. My 31/2 year old granddaughter loved the bunk room! The adults enjoyed very comfortable sleeping quarters, too!

We stayed for Christmas for 5 days and it was perfect! We loved going in the hot tub at night and enjoying the stars. The garage is full of kids bikes and beach toys, a wagon, double stroller. The views were incredible. Caught crab on the beach at Lawsons. Not even 5 minute walk to Dillon beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The house has a wonderful energy. The house is just as described. We enjoyed games by the fireplace. We would definitely book again if staying in the area.

Perfect Week-end Getaway

We really enjoyed the place. Used the hot tub for getting warm after a cold walk on the beach. Loved the location and all the beds were super comfortable. The little room with the bunk beds is tiny, but our 17 year old had a great night's sleep there.

Great Family Trip

We had a family “girls” trip to Dillon Beach for 3 days! There were 7 of us aged 83-1 years old. The house was great for the 7 of us. Plenty of space and a short walk to the beach. I plan to book more trips to this house. Thank you!!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic with a great view. The house is very accommodating and comfortable. We look forward to returning to this lovely house in Dillon Beach soon. The house is close to Lawson’s Landing where we spent fantastic days fishing for Dungeness crabs.

Weekend getaway

We had an amazing time over the weekend, the weather was beautiful! Such an easy short walk to the beach!! The house was very comfortable, plenty of cookware, beach toys available for use! The location is perfect!! Can’t wait to go back!! Would definitely recommend!

Short walk and clear view

This home was above the street below, and we could watch the ocean from the huge beautiful picture window! Even took pictures of the granddaughters walking the beach from the back deck. It’s just a short block to walk onto the beach. A hot tub and a fireplace made it perfect! Bed was comfy!
