You'll feel right at home in our well-maintained 1,350 square foot condo in the secluded Navarra Club in the quiet, upscale Moorings area, located west of US 41. It’s a first level condominium with no stairs and accommodates up to six. The master en suite has a king-size bed, a flat screen TV and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers privacy as a second suite, with two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and its own walk-in closet and full bath. In addition, the living room couch folds out into a queen-sized bed. Not only does each room have a flat-screen TV but wireless internet access and high definition cable TV are also included. The condo has a full-size washer and dryer and a covered carport just steps from the front door.
The fully-appointed eat-in kitchen has dining for four, a separate formal dining area has seating for up to six and a screened-in lanai has an additional seating and eating areas, with a beautiful view of the Navarra Club’s tropical landscape. Enjoy access to the club's pool, hot tub and other amenities, which are perfect for going for a swim or entertaining friends and family. Upscale shopping and high-end dining at downtown locations on 5th Ave and 3rd Street are just a quick five-minute drive from home! The property is offered for long-term seasonal rentals, shorter terms in the spring, fall and off-season and, while we personally love our dogs, the Navarra Club does not allow pets. The unit is also non-smoking.
