This property has a great location and an affordable price. It is conveniently located with views of the mountains and a golf course is nearby.

This is a 1000 sq. ft. 1-BEDROOM unit with a QUEEN BED UPSTAIRS & QUEEN MURPHY BED IN THE LIVING ROOM, so it sleeps 4. This unit has a flat screen TV and DVD in the living room to make it more cozy. DirectTV available. TV in bedroom also. A/C in upstairs bedroom. Wifi available, but Pagosa has outages.

The nearby Pagosa Rec Center has a pool, hot tub and gym. $18/person/day payable on site. You may also purchase a punch card. This facility also has racquetball and basketball courts. Contact the Rec Center at 970 731-2051. THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY!

ONE SMALL PET ALLOWED, LESS THAN 30lbs, $75 FEE.KEEP PET OFF FURNITURE PLEASE!! This property has one exterior security camera at the door. No cameras inside the unit.

Hi, I just want to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a host as well as a traveler. I currently live in Yellville, Arkansas and spend a lot of time in Albuquerque visiting my sons. I also spend a lot of time at my condo in Pagosa Springs, Co.

When I’m in Arkansas I volunteer my accounting services to Have a Heart Pet Shelter. I’m a retired CPA. It’s always rewarding to me to get to help out when I can. I also now have 4 shelter dogs I’ve adopted.
