A log home with its own pond and dock, Timber Acres is nestled away slightly off the beaten path yet is a short walk to the village.

The first level of this house has a sizable great room including a large screen television with cable, VCR and DVD player. The dining section has a cozy wood stove, perfect for those sporadic summer showers or chilly nights. The kitchen area is fully appointed with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Also on this level are two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and a full bath. A spiral staircase rises to the second floor.

Timber Acres has much to offer the alfresco renter with its screened in front porch and generously sized deck, which includes a charcoal grill.

The second floor offers a loft with a pool table and a common room for playing games, reading, or just relaxing; a bedroom with two double beds; a bedroom with a queen bed; a full bathroom and a laundry nook enclosing a washer and dryer.

Timber Acres sleeps up to ten. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets are negotiable for a non-refundable pet fee. Wifi is available at Timber Acres, but cannot be guaranteed.

The house was lovely and very clean. Pictures online don't do it justice- its a spacious and comfortable spot. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and eating the blueberries planted nearby.

Quiet, clean and private

The house and property were solid, well-maintained and very quiet and private. But it's also walking distance to town, so it's not completely isolated either. The kitchen was full of cookware and utensils, so everything you need for preparing meals, plus lots of nice firewood for the evenings. Great stay overall.

Beautiful cabin near Ricketts Glen

We had a fantastic two night stay at this cabin near Eagles Mere. Spent a day hiking in Ricketts Glen and Worlds End state park. Everything was as advertised and we would happily recommend this property to any family wanting to stay in this area. We also brought along our 45lb Border Collie and she loved her stay as well! Thanks for the great weekend!

The house was exactly as listed. The location while relatively close to other properties was completely private / blocked by trees. Great view of the pond and fire pit area from the deck.

Perfect cozy cabin

Great cabin in walking distance to the town of Eagles Mere and Eagles Mere Lake! It was the perfect place to play games by the fire and disconnect, surrounded by snow through the huge windows.

Had 2 deer run past deck,3rd jumped in pond and swam across. Saw Fox, Chipmunks, squirrels. House was amazing! Really enjoyed our time away.
