Spend your time dining and entertaining from the spacious and convenient kitchen and dining areas opening to the private screened-in porch. And, relax in the comfortable living area featuring sofa sleeper, loveseat and flat panel TV.

The large master bedroom with king bed features lots of closet space and a recently upgraded master bath. Family and friends have plenty of space to relax as well with two additional bedrooms and baths.

The in-home washer and dryer make handling any laundry a breeze. Conveniently located, this condo is just a short stroll to the community pool and a brief walk to the beach.

Located beachside at SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, Tivoli is a quaint neighborhood with spacious condominiums featuring screened porches overlooking the Baytowne Golf Club and just a short walk to the beach, pool and community basketball court.

Great Place To Stay!

Our Sandestin "home" was very clean and with comfortable beds. And the interior was bright and delightfully up-to-date. We enjoyed the screened porch also. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Destin area!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandestin, and the property managers were great to work with. The location was very helpful, very close to the beach access, swimming pool just across the roadway from the unit. The unit was excellent for having pets and it was very spacious.The only issue we had was the washing machine, an issue with the detergent dispenser, but the property managers were made aware of the issue and made arrangements to address the issue. Overall, it was a great place to stay, highly recommended, but I will add that the availability of a golf cart would be beneficial.

The condo was nice. Very spacious. It isn’t over the top - just a basic condo that serves purpose for a family vacation. Master bath was upgraded. Remaining bathrooms could use upgrade. Community pool was next door, but a bit dated. Condo does NOT include use of golf cart that is parked right outside the unit, which is a big negative. Bedding was nice - upgraded from photos in the Vrbo ad. Communication with manager was good. There were issues with appliances - dishwasher, dryer could be replaced. Keirug has to be replaced. Refrigerator was very nice. Beach closet was great - a nice, unexpected perk.

The condo is in a perfect location and is in pretty good overall condition. The furniture was nice too. We had a hiccup at check-in which was unfortunate and I believe the carpet in the MBR needs to be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned. We are renting the same unit next Mar, so I guess that’s the ultimate endorsement.

Summer vacation June 25-30

Property as advertised. Pool was just across the street. Golf cart was the highlight of the trip. Unfortunately, the wheel bearing broke on our third day, but that is of no fault of the owners, just an unfortunate event that happens. We loved everything about the unit and the cart. We liked going to Baytowne Village and to the beach. The beach was extremely crowded the week we were there. However, the community closet was fully stocked with toys, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for use at the beach or pool. I would highly recommend this unit.

People in the above unit had 3 vehicles parked in and there was a vehicle parked that never moved. We could hear the people walking and mostly running late into the night. We forced ourselves to have a good time regardless of the many distractions. Many of the blinds did not work...

Many Issues

The property we booked did not have air conditioning so we moved here. The washing machine was broken which was a problem for a sick 18 month old. The golf cart left us stranded and we had to push it to a safe place. The electrical outlets were not working. The ice maker did not make much ice. I notified management about all of the problems. The response, “they were sorry “ Yes we were sorry as well.
