Best community to stay at in Homosassa. House comes with a boat slip which is great. 4 bedrooms, next to the community pool, grill. We lacked for nothing. Great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. Large, roomy home with everything you need. Decorated very nicely. Owner was easy to communicate with. Right next to the pool, but not noisy. Geat location with boat slip, ramp, and faucet with hose. Water for last day hose down before pulling the boat for trip back home was well appreciated. Great restaurants nearby if you wish to boat there. Car ok also.

We had a fantastic time. The home was extremely clean and exceeded expectations. The 4 bedrooms were more than enough space and the living room was perfect for movie night. The beautiful dining table perfect for our holiday dinner and game night. The main bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The pool being right next door was ideal and having a dock for the pontoon we rented was perfect. The property contact was very responsive an accommodating . We hope to return in the future!

Great family get away house !

Loved this house for family getaway ! Relaxing days , boating , scalloping , swimming at the springs .. close to local restaurants .. great for cooking family dinners in .. family is already asking for repeat next year !
