Carefully decorated and comfortably arranged, it has a well equipped kitchen and open on a large living room. 2 large windows open onto the terrace with outdoor furniture and a private pool of 32m2 with superb views of the sea and the Cretan countryside. Enjoy unlimited free WiFi access, flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player. A staircase can reach below 2 bedrooms with closet, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The 3rd bedroom is located in the mezzanine above the living room and has its own bathroom.
Located on a plot of 10000 m2 closed and secure, the house shares the entrance of the property with the villa Penelope. It is located behind and separated by trees, preserving the privacy of each villa. At only 7 minutes by car, is the resort of Almyrida, you will find beautiful beaches and numerous entertainment and restaurants. The fortified nice of Chania is 35 minutes drive and seduce you with its beauty and its many shops. It is the ideal starting point to visit western Crete, countryside, villages and fantastic coastline.
