This was perfect for a weekend getaway we had 6 adults and 2 toddlers. I had my grown children 26,19,&18 and two grandchildren that are 2 & 3. I was concerned they would not be okay with not having WiFi but it was absolutely the best! We had actual family time without the electronics. The home was beautiful, it was clean and felt very homey. There was enough room for everyone to spread out if they wanted but enough room where we could all be together if we wanted. We were close enough to everything but far enough away to feel secluded.

The home was very spacious and provided plenty of room for our stay. We appreciated the character and charm of the older home, and the layout was comfortable. That said, the home could benefit from additional upkeep and updating. Many of the features and items appear to be original and show signs of age and wear, and some items seemed fragile and could potentially break with continued use. The kitchen cleanliness also could have been better, as it did not feel as clean as we would have expected. Oven, refrigerator and other appliances did not appear clean.Overall, we enjoyed the space and the character of the home, but more attention to cleaning, maintenance, and updating some of the older items would greatly improve the guest experience.

This guest house is in great condition with plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining. Our couples retreat was amazing and we enjoyed every bit of being here. The host was attentive answering our questions before and after our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

LOVE the location & layout of this home!! It was so peaceful sitting in the hot tub in the middle of the forest & sleeping with the windows open to fall asleep to the sounds of nature. Very close to stores and activities. I'm presently mad I had to leave and come home!

Cozy weekend get away

Conveniently located near everything we wanted to explore. The house was spacious, the kitchen had plenty of seating, the hot tub was clean and the pool table was a bonus. Great place to stay at an affordable price for a weekend get away.
