Ocean Front 2 bdrm downstairs apt

This newly remodeled apt offers a spectacular view of the ocean from a large picture window. The kitchen has a full size stainless steel stove and refrigerator. There is a large counter that offers seating for 4. This space is great for making meals or simple snacks. The living room has a large comfy couch that is also a sofa sleeper. The first bedroom has 2 twins size beds with pillow top mattresses for a good nights sleep. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a pillow top mattress. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms to help keep you cool. This apt is ideal for a small family that wants to spend time on the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening.
We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not supply disposable items beyond this. Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time including guests and visitors. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children age 2 or under. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure your group is comfortable with the above before proceeding. No pets please!

There is a large common patio area with plenty of tables and seating and an awesome view of the ocean. There is also a large charcoal BBQ similar to ones in state parks.

Beach just steps away!

This property was very clean and well maintained. Our property manager (Kim) was extremely helpful during the check in and when we had random questions we were just able to give her a call or text message and she responded quickly. Being able to just walk to the ocean in less then 30 seconds was worth renting this place. Everyone around us was respectful and friendly and we can’t wait to come back next summer and do it all again.

Rejuvenating beach stay

We had a fabulous time on our trip. The property is amazing. Mostly due to the location. Being on the beach, hearing the ocean, watching the waves, watching all the people was truly rejuvenating. We spent a lot of time doing touristy stuff and coming back to this spot on the ocean was always a joy. The beds were comfortable. I truly appreciate having soft comfortable sheets and blankets. The kitchen is well stocked.

Location, location, location!

You can't get a better location than this cute apartment, directly on the boardwalk and literally a few steps to the beach. You are walking distance to shops, restaurants, Belmont Park, and the Pacific Beach Pier, but benefit from staying on a quieter stretch of Mission Beach. It's not a luxury rental, but it has everything you need. The house is clean and offers everything you need for a long weekend of fun and relaxation. Kim, the property manager, was incredibly nice and accommodating -- you just can't beat this for an amazing location at an affordable price.

Wonderful Property

We absolutely loved staying here! It’s such a cute little condo. Super clean and close to everything! we love being able to see the ocean right out the front window. Great Location

This condo is right on Mission Beach, steps from the sand. It’s about halfway between Belmont Park and Pacific Beach, in a quieter piece of the strip. We had a lovely visit. Kim is very helpful with any needs.
