Sunny South Mission Vacation House - Dover Court

Coronavirus Update - our units are professionally cleaned after each tenant.

This wonderful unit has just gone through a partial renovation (May 2020). New flooring and windows were installed, along with some fixtures, a fresh coat of paint and new moldings. Don't miss out!

Sunny Mission Beach Vacation House is just steps away from the ocean. The unit is a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath unit that sleeps up to 6 people.

The house has a large patio with a BBQ, table, chairs, and lounge chairs. The unit has a full kitchen and dining area. This unit is great for any family looking for a great summer vacation at the beach. Washer and drier are now available; shared with only 1 other rental unit.

Just a couple of blocks from Belmont park, the vacation house can accommodate a family of up to 6 people. Swimming, beach activities, even Sea World and the zoo are within a short drive.

We rent all year around so please contact us for any fall or holiday getaways!

Please inquire for rates for periods longer than two weeks. This unit is only rented as a short term rental, i.e. 29 nights or less, with no option to extend.

Our first time staying at this location and our first time to San Diego. We typically pick a place with ocean/beach front access but because of the busy boardwalk, this was perfect for us. As described by the property owner, the beach is one minute away and it is visible from the front patio. So we had some privacy and a lot of access. The property was clean, stocked, and comfortable. Another huge positive was the garage, as parking access can be an issue in the area, especially later in the day or on weekends. The property is a multi unit property, but there were available outdoor spaces for each unit and for our stay there were no issues or inconveniences. Access and instructions were simple and convenient. Excellent stay for us and would recommend and repeat if possible.

Perfectly located just a few steps from the beach and walking/bike paths. Had a fun time renting bikes and riding to Pacific Beach to explore. The home had all of the necessary amenities, plus comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. Appreciated the shower's water pressure, too. The host was responsive to my questions and needs.
