3 Bed, 3 Bath recently renovated Beach house with large sun deck and heated pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping that will make you feel like you are at your own private resort! Upper level features an open floor plan with updated kitchen, master bedroom with king bed with full bath, as well as second bedroom with queen bed and separate bath. Lower level features a unique bedroom with an additional bathroom and even a kitchenette with breakfast bar. Includes cable and wireless internet. Heated outdoor pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Best of all is the proximity to the beach, just a 5-10 minute walk to a beautiful private beach area. Boaters welcome! There is a boat tie up area that includes cleats attached to the canal sea wall as well as two posts for tying up. Renter must provide own boat bumpers. There is a gravel area next to the house to park a boat trailer or even a small RV. Also with nearby shopping, restaurants, and night life, you really can customize your vacation to be whatever you like and make the best vacation memories possible!
