Off season only --Oct-May, $2370 per month + utilities: One bedroom rental with unobstructed vistas in upscale, quiet end of beach, corner unit, Seascape Condominium Unit 4B. Fully-equipped kitchen, hardwood floors with oriental carpeting, fireplace, large-screen HDTV, one bedroom with King size bed (linens not provided), fully equipped kitchen, dining room area, two wrap-around private balconies with wooden glider and cafe table and chairs, indoor heated swimming pool and fully equipped entertainment kitchen in pool area, outside grilles. Cable and WIFI provided. Sleeps two. Private home. 4th floor, elevator. Racks available for kayaks and bikes. 3 parking spaces, one designated and two in overflow lot. Widely regarded as the cleanest and best maintained building on the beach. Near Portland, airport, Route 1 and 295. and Maine Turnpike.
2021 availabilities: off-season from fall 2021 to spring 2022, dates flexible, $2370 per month PLUS utilities. Fall to Spring, 6 months minimum. Cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines. Home Owners Association does not allow pets in rentals.
