Main bedroom should have a king size bed. Bed was small and way to soft my husband ended up sleeping on floor and there was no extra sheets for the couch where my dad was sleeping.

Thank you for your feedback. My listing accurately states that the bedrooms have queen-size beds, although I understand that some guests may prefer a king. Mattress firmness is a matter of personal preference, and I’m sorry it wasn’t comfortable for your husband. I also apologize that extra sheets were not left out for the sleeper sofa. I wish you had contacted me during your stay, as I would have gladly given you access to the storage closet where additional linens were available. I appreciate your feedback and hope you otherwise enjoyed your time in Old Orchard Beach.

The property was just as advertised. It was nice to be able to walk to beach and restaurants rather than finding parking. Only suggestion would be to have blackout shades in the bedroom with the en suite. The lights from the amusement park next door had the bedroom lit up almost as bright as daylight all night long. There was also no mention of the train track a block away and had multiple trains run through the night blowing their horns as they went. It was quite a shock waking up to that at 1:30am the first night.

We loved our stay at this place. It exceeded our expectations! We traveled with 2 young kids, one slept on the pullout couch and another in the 2nd bedroom. Helped so much to have some space with young kids and all the chaos they bring. The views are amazing. Sitting out front sipping by coffee while reading and listening to the ocean waves was an amazing way to start the day. We had music playing below us every afternoon and most evenings, such a wonderful way to be a part of the action while also being right in our PJs ready for bed. And nothing beats the view of the fireworks! We had a front row seat! I was a little worried about the noise level before, but it wasn't bad at all. We tend to go to bed by 9-10 or so, there was definitely still noise but not incredibly loud. We brought a white noise machine and the master suite had a fan we used to help drown out sound. We slept very well and the kids also slept well. Lots of things in the rental as well if you want to cook a few nights, great size fridge, etc. Definitely bring a sweatshirt because if its a particulary breezy day, the outdoor spaces will feel cool. Brianna was also incredibly responsive when I had any questions. When you travel with young kids, its so hard to make it feel like a true vacation for the parents. This place definitely made parts/moments feel like we as parents got to relax and have a "vacation" as well. We look forward to booking next year!

The space was huge and lovely! We loved the multiple porches and had a great time. One thing would be to have beach chairs/beach equipment in the unit for people to utilize during their stay.

Beautiful space and location!

This place was exactly as advertised, even better! The location was so fun, being able to see the beach and pier from one side, and Palace Playland on the other! Well stocked, comfortable furniture and beds, beautiful kitchen. I would recommend this stay to anyone coming to OOB!
