Enjoy watching the sunsets or sunrises from this top floor unit with panoramic views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway. This is a two unit building with two 3 BR/2 BT rentals that share a large, lap pool. Rent individually or as one, great 6 bedroom family compound. Huge, 57" TVs in living rooms and 33" TVs in all bedrooms. Each floor offers a spacious covered porch to take in the immeasurable views. Both units have use of the garage and an elevator to each floor for easier accessibility. Each unit offers a full size washer & dryer. Each unit sleeps 8.
The master suite boasts a spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub and a large, glassed shower with waterfall showerhead. The master suite also has its own private terrace facing the beach.
The shared, heated pool area offers a great place to relax & unwind after a long day at the beach. This patio area offers a dining table, shared grill and sun loungers.
