Lovely apartment close to idyllic beach

The apartment was beautifully furnished in a great complex and just a short walk to an exclusive beach. Shops and restaurants were just a short drive away, so the location couldn't have been better. Overall a memorable stay and one we would definitely return to

Vanderbilt Beach Condo

Very nice condo with everything needed for a nice stay. Vanderbilt beach a short walk and several others very nice beaches just a short drive away. Restaurants and shopping also a short drive.

Me and my husband enjoyed this condo. The area is nice and quiet, 5 minutes walk to the great beach with white sand. Lots of good places around to eat/drink. Kimberly was very nice to us, willing to help with any questions. Checking in and out was easy. No issues overall, would recommend this place to a friend👍

Retirement Launch

Kimberley was amazingly responsive and accommodating. The check in was smooth and she reached out to us twice during our stay to be sure all was well. The condo is wonderful and exactly as advertised- great location, extremely comfortable bed and fashionably decorated. It has everything necessary plus extras that made for a lovely beginning of our retirement. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened lanai snd walking to the beach to see the nightly sunsets. Highly recommend!

We loved our getaway at Kimberly’s condo- the place was spotless and provided more amenities than we needed! We loved the screened in balcony, the heated pool and being right beside the beach. Kimberly was an amazing host, we would definitely stay again😀

Beautiful unit in a great location!

What a great find! This unit has it all! It’s beautiful, clean, close to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. The owner, Kim, is VERY responsive and you can tell she wants only the best for her renters.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay! The property was spotless and very cozy and quiet! The beach was a short walk. The beach itself was amazing. Cute, Comfy and Clean Condo

This property was exactly what I was looking for. The location to the beach was steps away and centrally located to all Naples has to offer. Kimberley was a wonderful host making sure everything was perfect and checking in regularly to answer any questions. The unit smells wonderful, is fully stocked for your needs including complimentary laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach bags, floats and more for your convenience. I worked during the week so made use of the full kitchen and all utensils. Thank you for making this week memorable, stress free and hard to leave!

Naples, sun and surf

My host couldn’t have been more accommodating, patient and willing to make my stay perfect. The decor in the unit was bright and cheerful. Turquoise and coral are soothing colors that helped make my stay a pleasant one. Naples on the gulf never disappoints and my host made sure that my time there was wonderful. When I had trouble getting reception on the TV I hesitated calling her on a Saturday night which was memorial day weekend. She not only responded immediately but she had the cable guy on the phone and the problem was resolved in seconds. Sometimes she would check in to make sure everything was OK. It was more than OK; it was wonderful.

This was the perfect place for my husband and me. Located so close to the beach, a beautiful private pool and balcony, and the building was quiet and clean. We will definitely be back! We enjoyed every minute of this vacation. The condo was clean and decorated perfectly for the beach. The location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to Vanderbelt beach in just a few steps. Fabulous location

What a little gem this property is. It is decorated so beautifully with nice amenities like beach chairs and umbrella. A five minute walk to the beach, in wonderful neighborhood. Kimberly is fantastic, provided detailed information for accessing the condo and lots of little hints. She checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going OK. Perfect getaway

Our stay was everything that was advertised and more. Really nice decor in the studio, so many outlets that we never had to take turns charging our phones, iPads etc and great quality of everything you need to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella). Being able to walk to the beach was great but best of all was having an owner who really cared about our experience. Kimberly checked in with us upon our arrival and during our stay. Will definitely go back.

Lovely Studio

This is a lovely studio minutes from the beach (You can hear the waves at night.). The WiFi is excellent and we were both able to work on the lanai without service cutting out. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Ideal location and meticulously decorated condo

This place is absolutely a gem. Clean, quiet and very tastefully decorated. One can walk to Vanderbilt Beach in 5 minutes. Chairs and an umbrella are in the closet ready for use! The beautiful pool is just steps outside the door! Just a short drive to Mercato and all Naples has to offer. Cook a great meal in the complete kitchen and then relax on the lanai! Doesn’t get any better. Kimberly supplied very detailed instructions on getting settled in in no time. She was always easy to contact and made sure everything was perfect. Sunsets on the beach were fabulous. I would definitely return!

February at North Naples.....

...was a delight from beginning to end. Lovely condo, exactly as pictured and it is beautifully decorated with a nautical theme and co-ordinated colours. Great pool and friendly neighbours with a short drive to the grocery stores. Weather was great too! Kimberley was very helpful and attentive and made us feel very welcome. We loved it!

Lovely beach getaway

Fun beach studio, nicely decorated. Lovely pool area and quick walk to the Gulf. Quiet building surroundings and nice places to walk near the inland waterways. Kimberley is very nice and super responsive which is important for any questions. Great rental!

Great getaway

Great stay - beach and pool were steps away, food and groceries were all within a short drive, and the Everglades were close for some fantastic kayaking. The condo was clean and super quiet, and Kimberley was very responsive and helpful. Very restful vacation.
