Welcome back to the beach!

Condo is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach within walking distance of dance clubs, shopping, food and ice cream! Condo complex has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 kiddie pools and sun / shaded lounge chairs on pool deck.

Condo is 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 baths with elevator access. Skylight brightens kitchen and living area. Living room has 46" flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors lead to balcony overlooking pool. The screened in balcony has a table and 4 chairs plus a ceiling fan! The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, toaster, dishes, pots and pans etc. Washer and Dryer located in unit. Iron and Ironing board. No landline telephone. Video doorbell front entrance.
Dining room has table with 6 chairs and 4 bar stools at counter/bar. Hallway wet bar with running water and mini frig. Master bedroom has queen bed and private bath with shower, wall mounted hair dryer, 32" flat screen tv and private screened in balcony. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, 32" flat screen tv and private 1/2 bath with wall mounted hair dryer. Bedroom 3 has King bed (that can be separated into 2 twins) 32" flat screen tv and full bath in hallway with wall mounted hair dryer. All bedrooms and Living room have ceiling fans.
Charcoal grill and picnic table located at end of building. Free wifi and cable TV. Keypad entry eliminates the need for keys. Parking underneath the building for rain free loading and unloading.
Walking distance to shopping, arcade, bars and restaurants (carnival during summer months) Side streets to Walmart just a few blocks away saves time shopping.

No Pets. No Smoking. No Motorcycles. No Trailers. Linens are not provided.

Awesome place to stay at!!

This was our second time staying at this condo and we were just as happy as we were the first time! Tony (the host) is amazing. If I had any questions he got back with me the same day. The property is great. The space was definitely big enough for the six of us. The condo is across the street and at a beach access which is very convenient. The pool and hot tub was clean and never over crowded. We were also walking distance to "Main Street" which has cute shops, restaurants, and live bands. We will definitely be back next year! Family beach week

The property is beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen is all furnished. My only suggestion is when you replace the toaster, select one large enough to toast bagels. I will definitely consider using this property again. Thank you

Excellent unit and host

Loved the amenities for this unit and property. The washer/dryer in the unit was a must for us, also was able to borrow cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The layout of the condo was fabulous. All bedrooms are tucked away from the kitchen/living/dining rooms, so no need to tiptoe when others are resting in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans in every bedroom, living room and even the main screened-in balcony. Two furnished screened in balconies overlook the resort pool/hot tub and nice tennis courts. There is ample covered parking under the building. Beach access is across the street. Even though Main Street shops and dining are only a couple blocks away, Walmart and other grocery stores very close by, but property is still very quiet and family-friendly. Convenient to route 17 and route 31 so easy to get around town. Only items of concern is that the blinds and lampshades were a little dusty, otherwise the condo was very tidy. We highly recommend this unit, the owners were wonderful.

Great get away for our group

This was a great property - nicely decorated, a well stocked kitchen, and right across the street from the beach. Some restaurants and shops are within walking distance and a short drive to many others and mini golf. In a quieter area than downtown Myrtle Beach. 3 teenagers and 4 adults appreciated having 2 1/2 baths. The screened in porch got used a lot. The owner was quick to answer questions and very easy to work with.

Spring Break Trip

This truly is a nice place to stay. When we first booked we were thinking that the listing was too good to be true. It is three rooms that are a decent size. One room has a half bath and the other room has a full bathroom. Our only regret was that we did not book the entire week to stay. It was only minutes away from the beach access. It took us about 5 minutes from walking out of the front door to walk to the beach access area. As for shopping: It was 14 minutes from Barefoot landing (one of my wife's favorite places to shop) and about 28 minutes away from Broadway at the Beach (my wife's other favorite place to shop). It is a short walk to three different Ice Cream Shops to pick from. Pools/Hot Tub. The pools are very nice at the place and the hot tub was even better. The only downfall to the pool was that it closed at 5 pm each day we were there. However, they mentioned that the plan was to have the pool open until 9 pm starting May 1st. We will definitely look at staying at this location again in the future. Best Regards, The Titus Family

The condo was everything we wanted and needed.

My boyfriend I took 5 kids down from Ohio, we all had a great time. The owners are so nice! We had everything we needed at the condo. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of space to put our things. We had shops and places to eat with walking distance. Grocery stores a short drive away. The beach was across the road. The pool and hot tub was amazing. We can’t wait to return next year!

Cozy & convenient Tilghman Beach condo.

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. It is nice and bright in the condo due to the skylight since it is on the third floor. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a room with the twin beds pushed together to make a king size bed since we had three couples We enjoyed the built in hair dryers on the wall in each bathroom. Each bedroom, as well as the den had a very nice flat screen TV. The kitchen had a good variety of dishes and cookware. The walk to the beach was short and very convenient. Directly across the street was a public access to the beach with a place to rinse off after leaving the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Families

This was my first experience using VRBO and I was impressed. Tony was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to emails/questions. The condo was lovely, clean, and offered plenty of space. Just one block from the beach we could see the ocean from our walkway and the pool from our deck. This is a great spot for families and we will definitely be staying again.

Pretty Fun Vacay! Great Beach Condo!

The condo was really nice! I would recommend this place for an all adult group or a family with older kids as it seems to be more of a retirement type of community and we have all small kiddos! Also, we felt check out should have been a little later than 10AM since we had to clean the condo before leaving. Other than those things everything was awesome and we really enjoyed our beach trip! It’s in an awesome location and we would stay again!

I'm a retired State Trooper and my wife is a bank employee. We have been married for 36 years and love the coast! We live about 3 hours away near Charlotte, NC. We have always enjoyed the beach so when I retired, we purchased a place of our own. Sharing our paradise with others helps defray the cost of coastal ownership. We take pride in our investment. We added many extras and décor that makes our place feel more like being at home!

Why they chose this property

This complex has always been a popular destination, especially for those of us from the Carolinas. The complex is conveniently located on the ocean front and is within a short walk to Main Street. Main Street in Ocean Drive is the location of the "Horse Shoe", where a permanent stage is located. During warm weather bands perform weekly. The street is closed to traffic and people from all around come to enjoy the music! What better way to spend an evening rather than meeting folks from around the country while listening to good music in the breeze off the Atlantic Ocean!

What makes this property unique

Ice cream, an arcade, restaurants and shopping are located on Main Street just a block away. During the summer months, a carnival is set up with numerous rides for the little ones and larger rides for the older kids. In addition to the concerts, there are several bars and clubs for the adults, all of which are within walking distance to our condo. No need to call a cab! Taking 2nd Avenue, Walmart and several grocery stores are a short drive away. You can avoid traffic on the main roads by taking side streets. When we go down, we rarely ever move the car once we arrive. What a great benefit of being in the perfect location!
