Beautiful Villa of 100 m2 on land of 1,300 meters renovated and enlarged in 2017 with private swimming pool of 8 meters by 4, air-conditioned house with 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom bathroom plus a bathroom next to the pool, outdoor grill. TV with Satellite, Wifi, all shops at 4 km. The beaches are numerous and 4 km from the house. Bike path right next door, ideal for family vacations.
