Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing unit just as described. Our only complaint was that the countertops, tabletops, and other flat surfaces did not get cleaned and were covered with sand and food crumbs. Also the previous occupant had spilled almonds in the living room and the cleaners did not clean up. We repeatedly discussed with management and were told the cleaning crew would be back and they never did, so we had to take the time to clean. They need a new cleaning crew... our only complaint.

Beautiful beachside condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. The location was convenient for shopping and restaurants.We arrived a little after 4 pm and cleaners were still working but we were fine as there was a problem preventing them from getting in earlier. The only problem was that we think it kept them from being as thorough as they would normally have been. The coffee table appeared to not have been cleaned. We were surprised that there was not a hair dryer in the unit. Overall we were very pleased with this condo. The ocean view from the 21st floor was breathtaking. We DID NOT have any problems getting an elevator quickly except for check in time. Beautiful condo!

We highly recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys peace, tranquility, cleanliness and organization not to mention a beautiful view. This condo has everything that we needed, and more. It is the perfect location to great restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the partylife. We will be return visitors soon.

Clean! New shower in masterbathroom is lovely. This is our 2nd time to rent this condo!! Love the garage parking and the 2 beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental of the unit. Now there ate games and dloats and low beach chairs so provides wveything you need for a great beach vacation!! Highly recommend!!

Awesome Stay

We have been staying at Emerald Isles for 15 yaears and the property and especially the staff are exceptional. The unit was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The only downside is the patio furniture needed to be replaced otherwise one of the best stays we have had.

AMAZING VIEW AND CONDO!

My family and I enjoyed this condo SO much and have already decided we will be staying here again next year! It was the perfect location for enjoying restaurants, Pier Park and the airport. We never had to wait long for an elevator and it was only steps away from the beach. The condo was very clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean.

Great stay and weather was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed and all was as advertised. Would only add that parking is no at ground level, need to go up ramp for reserved parking spot. Also, must pay 40 to park for the week. But still very much worth the price which is why we give five stars. Would definitely recommend..

Week at the Beach

Great spot! Very clean and updated space, more than enough space for myself and my girlfriend. The view from the balcony was also amazing and was great to wake up to! Would absolutely think about returning for another stay in the future.
