Few problems were taken care of immediately. Owner was easy to work with and prompt when answering. Beach was a walk but still easy to get to. Beach passes were included. Walking distance to all the great restaurants .

Property does not measure up to what you are charging- grass was a foot tall - house was not clean- carpet in bedrooms is at least 20 yrs old, permanently stained- your cleaning lady vacuumed but as she said— “ it should be replaced! Rob , to call me as we were driving there to tell us not to use the main shower till Monday was one of many issues- whoever your handy man was you overpaid- the bottom rail to shower was not anchored- he used the wrong type of adhesive and as a result it never did dry- we could not use the main shower all week. The outside shower was ok but full of leaves the house is fine as a college dorm but way overpriced! FYI the pump in downstairs bath is ready to go and extremely loud - needs to be replaced. We have years of rental experience with VRBO and have owned income property- its pretty clear the place needs serious attention. One final point- the outside grill is pretty much rusted out inside and beyond usage- tried cleaning it - should be replaced.Narragansett was decent-we made the best of it but the house was a neglected disappointment .
The house was perfect for our stay. It was so well stocked with supplies all we needed to bring was food and clothes! Newly renovated, the house was very clean and well maintained. Great neighborhood, close to all local beaches and recreation. Highly recommend, plenty of room for everyone.

Had a great time; the house was spacious and we loved the separate level downstairs.
The location was perfect; one block to a playground that my granddaughter loved, close to several good restaurants, and a short ride to the beach.

House is in nice location, but very dirty.
We were disappointed in this rental. Upon arrival floors were not vacuumed. There was an accumulation of dust on every blind in the house, along with very dirty windows. Paint was peeling on deck and outside of house. Accumulation of debris in outside gutters.

Will revisit
Everything was good except the downstairs shower was a bit dangerous Getting in and out of. The upstairs shower door doesn't have a tight seal and water kept spraying out into the floor so we had to constantly wipe the floor down and wash towels. Saw one CIA krona had in kitchen. Otherwise nice location

We really enjoyed the house for the most part.
I love the proximity to town and all of the room that this house has for sleeping guests. However, my husband found that the downstairs bedroom was too damp and therefore odorous to sleep in. The weather probably contributed since it was rainy and cool for most of the week. However, I would rent this house again.

Great location and good condition.
The location was perfect for what we wanted to do that week. The house was in good condition and had plenty of room for our 6 adult sized family. We were able to walk to most every place that we wanted to go that week such as restaurants, beach and just for walks, runs, bike rides and the Blessing of the Fleet!

Quiet and Comfortable Home Away
The house was very nice and was accurately described on the website. The owner was exceptionally helpful and the local property manager(s) were extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this property to others. It's not far to Galilee, Block Island, (to the south), or Newport (to the North). The Narragansett Town Beach was less than one mile away. We totally enjoyed our visit and the neighborhood.

Why they chose this property
We love the privacy of the backyard, the big full family room and great sleeping. Narragansett Pier has such a variety of great restaurants and the best beach in Rhode Island.
What makes this property unique
We've rented for years from a distance and know the advantages of a fully furnished place, with linens, kitchen utensils, grilling gear, bikes, games and beach towels
