We had a great time staying here with family. The location was close to everything that we needed, the backyard was nice and we enjoyed grilling on the deck. The house was very clean and spacious with all the essential amenities. We would definitely come stay here again.
Clean, updated home with plenty of room for 6 people. Close to everything in Narragansett and just a 20 minute drive to Newport. Would absolutely rent again if we return to RI.
Extremely clean and quiet property with terrific hosts. Everything was perfect on this home and Ken and his wife are so kind and amazing. Highly recommend staying here.
The house had everything listed and pictured in the listing, plus more! Ken was a super responsive host, and the house was perfect for our whole family to stay there. My 1 year old especially loved the toys and multiple play spaces available.
Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Family of six plus 11 month old with more than enough room. Location is very close to towns and ocean. Highly recommend this home and when returning to area, I will definitely stay again.
The house is great - newly renovated and everything a 3 generation family needed for a fun week at the beach. Ken was very responsive and the info guide provided at the house had some great recommendations in it. Definitely try the beach yoga!
We had a wonderful stay with our family at this beautiful and well-maintained home for our annual 4th of July vacation to Narragansett. Our toddler grandson loved the outdoor shower and the toys including a rocket ship tent that were thoughtfully provided! It was so nice that our daughter’s family could spread out on the spacious first floor. Host was outstanding, welcoming, and so responsive. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation.
House was very clean. The bedrooms were good sized awith nice closets and very nice bathrooms. The deck was lovely and so was the backyard. Thee was plenty of room for the family..
This property was very clean and family friendy. We enjoyed the location to beaches and many other activities in the area. Our host Ken and family left much useful information and amenties for our stay. We had a great time. Thanks for the memories!
Great vacation house. 3 generation family vacation worked well with two level house. The owners are responsive and made you feel welcome. There was a thoughtful welcome basket which was appreciated.
Close to beaches, restaurants, and ice cream.
This house is in an adorable neighborhood near Bonnet Shores Beach and Narragansett Town Beach. It is in a super central area close to food and URI. My family and I loved the house - it was so clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and a cute welcome basket was left for us upon checking in. We are already discussing renting this house next year when we come back. You will not regret renting this place!
This was a fabulous house, and we had a great time. The owners, most importantly, were extremely responsive. The property is as newly renovated as the description indicated, and we felt right at home immediately. Sand toys, chairs, fire pit, great kitchen, clean beds, laundry, and great convenience to access the beaches and fun of Narragansett, Newport and the like.
Great gathering place for our family on a Narragansett trip
The house was well kept and spacious. Ken was great as a host. We had a couple of questions upon arrival and he was back to us in minutes. The towels to the tiolet paper were all top quality.
Location is a 7 min ride to Narragansett
10 to jamestown 20 to downtown Newport.
Great spot
Beautiful home on a dead street, quiet and relaxing. Close to Newport without the traffic headaches. Awesome weather, fire pit, deck with a grill and the great company of friends. The stay was perfect to accomadate 5 friends from high school. Everything we needed was at the house including beach chairs and passes. Thank you Ken and Sarah.
The house was amazing, had everything you needed! It was very comfy and well decorated! We had an amazing vacation. I loved the welcome packet it was so helpful! Ken was a great host and got right back to us when we had a question. The basket of goodies was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends! Thank you Ken and Sarah for opening up your home to my family!
This house was great. We stayed as a group of 4 couples traveling for a friends wedding in town. Location was only a short 1.5 mile walk to the beach. Great coffee shop nearby and the house was very clean and organized. Has two living room areas one upstairs and one downstairs. The back deck was great for grilling out and having dinner outside. Location is nice and private in the backyard which is nice as well. Overall I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay near the beach in a nice area of town.
The home was clean, more than well stocked and located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to everything. The floorplan was perfect for our family- very spacious. Attention to detail and very thoughtful touches. The backyard was private and contained my wild children quite well- the shed was packed with every vacationers dream items (chairs, toys, etc).
The hosts were caring and attentive. As a former vacation home host myself- I was super impressed. The house made our vacation.
Would highly recommend this lovely house for any Narragansett vacation. We were a party of 8 (with one 22 month old) and had loads of space to spread out when needed. The second living space was great for TV viewing and games, leaving the upstairs for conversations. The house is very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Ken was extremely easy to reach and work with. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome in his home.
We were traveling with an elderly person and an infant. So it was amazing to find this house felt like home. Towels, soap, shampoo and a little welcome basket were all waiting for us. Plenty of room and two of my children were able to work from the cottage and then join us in the evening. Beach passes were also provided and the only thing that would have made our beach experience better would have been a parking pass. Our hosts were very accessible and really seemed to care that we had the best experience possible. Thank you all!

Thank you Tracy for the great review, glad you had a good time. We’d love to provide a parking pass but the town doesn’t offer them for renters unfortunately. 😕 Residents can get them but are not allowed to touch them, the town employees go outside and stick them to your windshield when you purchase them in person.
