Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, grocery store and ice cream shop. 15-20 min drive to beautiful Jamestown and historic Newport. Close to kayaking on Narrow River. House situated on 1/4 acre lot with private backyard. Parking available for 5 cars.

Main level includes master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with shower.
2 additional bedrooms each with double bed and shared bathroom with tub/shower combination. Dining area with sliders that open to deck with stairs to access large backyard with outdoor shower. Lower level includes 2 additional bedrooms each with double beds, shared bathroom with tub/shower combination. Also includes an additional living space, dining space, wet bar with mini fridge. Separate room with washer/dryer. Lower level has it's own entrance.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave thermostat at 72 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties allowed. Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Be mindful and courteous of neighbors. No on street parking allowed.
Upon check out please leave house as you found it when you checked in.
Garbage and recycling pick up on Wednesday mornings, please put out bins on Tuesday night on grass near the street.
