I will absolutely rent again! Meredith was a wonderful host! I appreciated the extra touches, like coffee and spices being provided. The condo was decorated nice, comfortable, and clean! The view was amazing! It was nice watching the deer and hawk too. Don't forget your binoculars! Thank you, Meredith!

I will have the icemaker repaired and the fridge looked at inside. The entire complex is pet free so I assure you there were no dogs in the villa. I wish you would have called as smoking is not permitted on the entire property of Sea Side Villas - especially balconies - I would have contacted the Regime Manager to have it stopped instead of leaving a bad review for a neighboring villas poor behavior. For the price, the view, and the location, we enjoyed the property for a quick weekend trip. Management was also great! The only cons, and I hate to even complain, but the condo is very outdated, had mold present in the bathroom, broken patio door handle, and all of the towels/sheets were stained so it didn’t feel very clean! We definitely made it work and was happy overall!

Great location right on the beach! Nice pool area too. The condo was exactly as described. It was fairly well maintained and relatively clean, but it obviously is a popular unit with renters. The kitchen could use a deep clean and the slider door is about due for an upgrade (the handle had fallen off one of its brackets before our arrival). Parking and accessing the unit via stairs or the elevator was a breeze. If you’re looking for beachfront convenience, this place won’t disappoint.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sea Side Resort and the villa fulfills our wants! Clean, comfortable, well equipped and best of all the location and ocean view. Just a quick walk to beach, Coligny Circle and bike rental. Close to Sea Pines east gate also.Thank you Meredith and we're already looking forward to our next stay!

Wanted to share some positives and negatives about the stay. Negative: The house NEEDS a deep clean. There is caked dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, spaces that you can tell haven’t even been surface cleaned. There’s still a stain on the pull out sofa that somebody mentioned in a review from May. The host was kind, offered to come clean (we deferred) and refunded a bit. Though, I can’t stress enough, this place needs deep cleaned. Positive: View is amazing!!!! Walk to the beach is super convenient. Appreciate the chairs and wagon that were provided (though, if you’re tall, the wagon is hard to pull because of the handle length).Neutral: The bench outside is a bit rusty, might be nice if the furniture was replaced with composite furniture. At first the space felt bigger than the pictures let on, but mid-way through the stay the size was a bit rough. There were stools and a chair to sit in the living room but the stools were very practical to sit on comfortably to converse in the living room.

I am sorry you were unhappy at 371 SeaSide. Refusing the additional clean, getting a discount and then leaving a bad review is rude. The outside bench is distressed - not rusted - there is no way for dust to be caked anywhere - the villa has been booked solid all summer and cleaned a minimum of once per week. Please read our other 5 Star Reviews. This is exaggerated immensely! Meredith
