About this property

Studio with a mezzanine near the harbor, with a garden

Studio with two double beds—one on a mezzanine—and a garden with parking, located within the grounds of an old house overlooking the banks of the Hérault River, 100 metres from the beach.
The studio features a large floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the terrace.
The apartment faces Rue Gustave Jover and Place François Hirailles in Le Grau-d’Agde.

The studio is located in a separate building within the grounds of the Maison, an historic structure that was once a redoubt—one of the two ancient towers guarding the harbour entrance—which later became the home of the signal keepers and then the lighthouse keepers.
It has passed from the kings to the Republic, without ever having had private owners or even a deed of sale, until today, when it has been welcoming you since 2013 for your summer holidays.

Séjour agréable

Studio conforme à la description, situé très proches des plages et du centre du Grau. Charli, le propriétaire, disponible tout en étant discret. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le jardin est appréciable et on a la possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur.
