BEAUTIFUL SUMMER BEACH HOUSE, WALK TO BEACH, & GAME ROOM & ACADEMIC YEAR

Beautiful 4 Bedroom house including 2 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 TV's with cable, washer and dryer in lower level. The lower level also includes seating, an additional flat screen TV, and ping pong table! The bed sizes are 4 queen size beds. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and also includes a deck with patio set and gas grill. It is walking distance to Sand Hill Cover Beach and has an outside shower for after the beach. The location is very desirable for families in that the beach is wonderful for kids and the neighborhood is great for walks and bike rides. There is much to do in the area as there are wonderful restaurants, Block Island is a ferry ride away and scenic Newport is close by. This house is also available for URI academic year rentals. The house includes four exterior cameras on the four corners of the house for security purposes.

I hope you love the neighborhood as much as my family and I do. The area is safe for families and wonderful for walks and bike rides. Walking to Galilee along the ocean is a great way to start or end your day too:)

The downstairs area is very spacious and includes a ping pong table on one side and a large seating area and an additional flat screen TV on the other side. The house includes lots of room so everyone is comfortable.
