The house was exactly as described -- plus the addition of a handy "basement" room that had a sofa, lounge chair, and TV (not shown in VRBO photos). I definitely recommend making reservations (early) at Plum Point Bistro (may have to park at the park-and-ride lot). Bring your EZPass if you travel to Newport (bridge tolls).

Great House in a Perfect Location

This was the perfect house for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids room had so many books our kids loved reading. The adults rooms had incredibly comfortable beds. The bathrooms and kitchen were beautifully updated. The owners were so communicative and helpful. This house is in a perfect spot with an short drive to Narragansett and Newport. We didn't take advantage of all their outdoor space and games, but we hope to stay again!

Fabulous find

This house was a great find. It is a very convenient location; good restaurants within a short drive, it's close to several beaches, towns, and Newport. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the yard to this home was rather large, providing a great area to sit out in and if you had a few more people, great for games,etc. The home itself was very clean and had all amenities for what you would need. I would suggest that a few more pictures be included of the downstairs family room, as this is a great feature to have!! The reason why I gave a 4 star for location....beaches are about a 1/2 hour drive (w/traffic). I am hoping to return to this spot next year!
