Prime beach access, 1/2 block to beach, sleeps 8, parking for 4 vehicles, 3 bed and 3 full bath, full kitchen, sunroom, WiFi. Outdoor grill and fire pit.

Private pool, heated or cooled, yard has privacy fence around entire yard.

Fire pit area. Wood is not provided.

Walk to beach is level, roll coolers/stroller with ease. Public access #80 or #81 is 1/2 block away.

Very quiet neighborhood, but minutes from shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Additional details:
- furnished kitchen (utensils, plates, cups, bowls, items to cook in, cutting tray, other.
- Charcoal grill, charcoal NOT provided, cooking tools, lighter
- bathrooms (3) - two tub/shower combos, one double vanity, one walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and towel hangers. Towels provided. One hair dryer.
- TVs in sunroom, living room and two back bedrooms, smart TVs,
- buggy provided for beach trips
- outside shower on right side of house
- parking for 4 (one under carport with another behind it and two along street on edge of grass
- covered porch in front
- Slow walk to beach with coolers is less than 2 minutes, normal walk is less than 1 minute.
- Trash bin provided if needed during stay, two.
