Great spot for golf and beach

Clean and roomy. Plenty of parking and great facilities. Easy drive to aBethany Beach. Also great open lawn out back for the dog to run around a bit.

The property is great but dont charge me a cleaning fee and a linens fee and the have ME make the bed and UNMAKE the bed and collect all the dirty towels and put them in a bag with a threat of additional fees if i don't. The amenities after you paid additional money to use them were fine. My problem was having to create accounts that I will never use again. First choice properties had me create an account to get to a portal then I had to create a different account to buy amenities that should come with the rental. Vacation is supposed to be easy, First State rentals made it annoying

We understand that having to navigate multiple steps during the booking process can feel inconvenient, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few things. Community amenities, including access rules, pass requirements, and associated fees, are managed entirely by the community, not 1st Choice Properties. Unfortunately, we do not have control over their pricing or policies, and amenity passes are not included with the rental when the community charges separately for them. A signed rental agreement is also required for every reservation. Our agreement is completed through a straightforward, preset electronic signing process. While we understand that completing paperwork is not the most exciting part of vacation planning, it is an important part of securing the reservation. Regarding linens, the linen package is a delivery service, and our listing clearly states that linens are delivered but beds are not made. We understand that making and stripping beds may not be everyone's preferred way to begin or end a vacation. The checkout instructions regarding used linens and towels are provided to help ensure the property is ready for the next guests. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the home itself. We always strive to make the rental process as smooth as possible while following the requirements established by the property own
