The House is close to everything but benefits from a peaceful environment!
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms (with hydro massage jets), a large swimming pool (10m x 4) with the possibility of heating it on request and at an additional cost, a fully equipped kitchen, a large garage!
The villa is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold air), underfloor heating, television with cable (French, English, German channels ...), DVD player and stereo.
