This condo is very Nice! The neighborhood is very nice and only a mile from the water. It's spotless and very cute!! We stayed for 2 months there while we worked and highly recommend! The host is very accommodating, not that we needed ANYTHING. The condo is fully stocked!

Thanks so much for the kind review to my very first renter. I am happy that I had plenty of items stocked for your convenience. Since I own a cleaning company, cleanliness is a must in my book. Happy travels to you both!

Why they chose this property
This is a unique, exterior entrance upper unit set close to the beach (5 min. drive), that has an airy atrium ceiling with glass windows at the side. It has a partially enclosed porch just off the dining area. The floor plan is open in the living and dining area with the atrium ceiling adding to the open airy feel to the unit. Large windows look out onto the lawn and neighboring residential area off Despelder Street. It has a lovely quaint flower garden area at the foot of the stairs. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. This town has so much to offer. I love to take small walks in the neighborhood, and take a 5 minute drive to walk the beautiful Rosy Mound Park that leads to Lake Michigan, with lots of steps for a good workout. The beach is close, and I can run down to watch a sunset and be back home all within a half hour's time. What's more to desire in a home? :)
What makes this property unique
Close to one of the most beautiful fresh water beaches around. All needed amenities are less than a 5 minute drive away. Many summer activities and venues offer fun events throughout the summer season. The unique and unforgettable Musical Fountains run nightly at dark all summer long. For a full week at the end of July many tourists love to attend various events and concerts at the annual Coast Guard Festival, which ends with a fabulous fireworks display. This can be a home away from home for those not so close to the lakeshore who want a summer "cottage" experience without the outlay of funds needed to purchase such.
