The second you enter this place you‘re feeling just well. It offers anything you wish, including caring of the landlord and even the neighbour.

Nice house with a great view

We spent two weeks with a small child. The apartment is very nice. It has air conditioning and has a great view on the sea. The house is very close to the beach of La Fossette and has a good garden. I would definitively recommend staying here.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, etwas am Hang gelegen mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Schöne Terasse.Saubere, schöne StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he, nicht ĂŒberlaufen, jedenfalls nicht in den ersten beiden Septemberwochen.Wirklich ruhig gelegen in Anlage mit mehreren kleinen Villen.Gute Klimaanlagen .

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Wir haben kaum MĂŒcken gehabt - dementsprechend die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht. Die Betten sind bequem, die Klimaanlage in beiden Zimmern funktioniert super und reicht komplett aus. Garage ist ein Challenge, unser Opel Astra Kombi passte rein, Ausstieg ĂŒber BeifahrertĂŒr. Empfehenswert die genaue Lage vorher auf Google Maps Satellitenansicht zu checken, sonst wird die Suche schwierig. SchlĂŒsselbox ist neben der EingangstĂŒr, wir kamen problemlos rein, die Besitzering ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. WLAN gibt es nicht. Die Fotos von Bad und KĂŒche fehlen auch, ich habe sie hinzugefĂŒgt. Die ganze Technik funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir haben nur einen Wasserkocher vermisst. BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher mĂŒssen mitgebracht oder vor Ort gemietet werden. Hanglage bedeutet eine Menge Treppen, aber der Ausblick kompensiert alles. Im Großen und Ganzen ein toller Urlaub, an den ich mich gerne erinnern werde.

Schönes PlÀtzchen zum entspannen

Schön ruhig, super Aussicht, sauber. Ist fĂŒr vier Personen gut. Aber Treppensteigen ist angesagt weil am Hang gelegen. Wir haben es genossen.

Super schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Juli hier verbracht- das Haus bietet alles, was man fĂŒr den Urlaub braucht, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen wundervollen Ausblick, die Grillen zirpen, tolle StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he, die auch noch nicht ĂŒberfĂŒllt waren, sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin - wir danken fr die wunderschöne Zeit!

Good relaxing

Über viele Treppen musst du gehen. Jeder ist sans vis a vis, aber es ist ein Wohnanlage mit bester vue. Mein Q7 konnte ich nicht in der Garage unterbringen, vor 40 Jahren waren die Autos kleiner. Aber sehr sauber und fĂŒr 4 Personen reicht es gut. Wir waren es zufrieden.

Huisje met prachtig uitzicht

Het huisje is gelegen op een kleinschalig domein dat tegen een heuvel aangebouwd is. Vanaf het terras, dat veel privacy biedt, heb je een prachtig uitzicht! Ook fijn dat er een buitendouche is op het terras. Het interieur is ietwat gedateerd maar comfortabel doordat alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig is. Via een pad met veel trappen ben je snel bij het strand van La Fossette. Goed voor de dagelijkse beweging. :-) Klein aandachtspunt is de verlichting bij de toegangstrappen naar het huisje, heel donker ‘s avonds. Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Etwas steile Hanglage mit defekten Stufenen

Lage und Sicht schön, allerdings sehr steil gelegen;leider hört man die Strasse von St Claire im Garten gut. Einfach, aber praktisch eingerichtet.

Magnifique vue sur mer

La vue de la terrasse est magnifique ! Les 2 chambres sont un peu petites et il a été compliqué d'y ajouter un lit pour le bébé. Location non adaptée à des enfants en bas ùge (beaucoup de marches et terrasse en petits cailloux blancs non adapté à un enfant qui apprend à marcher). Par ailleurs, l'accÚs plage à pied, avec un bébé ne permet pas d'utiliser une poussette, nous allions donc à la plage en voiture. Les chaßnes TV programmées sont uniquement en allemand. Sinon, location propre et conforme au descriptif. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Le garage était également apprécié pour y mettre la voiture. Nous recommandons cette location (mais sans bébé)

Une maison de vacances bien agréable et idéalement située pour rayonner sur le secteur

La maison situĂ©e dans les hauteurs du Lavandou offre un panorama magnifique au son des cigales. Un chemin (avec une centaine de marches) permet d'accĂ©der Ă  pied Ă  la plage en contrebas. Un petit garage rĂšgle la question du stationnement. Seuls bĂ©mols : on n'entend tout de mĂȘme le bruit de la circulation routiĂšre de la route qui longe le littoral. Et la clim n'Ă©tait pas trĂšs efficace ou alors je n'ai pas su l'utiliser correctement. De belles vacances dans un secteur magnifique. Entre randonnĂ©es, baignades, visites de Bormes les mimosas ou encore les Ăźles. TrĂšs chouette.

Herrlich gelegenes Ferienhaus in StrandnÀhe

Sehr schöne Lage mit traumhaften Meeresblick von der Terasse,umrahmt von viel GrĂŒn.Wunderbarer Strand von La Fossette,zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Klimanalage an heißen Tagen sehr angenehm. Parkplatz in HausnĂ€he auf dem GrundstĂŒck.

Magnifique vue sur la Méditerranée !

Nous avons passĂ© de superbes vacances dans cette location trĂšs fonctionnel! L’endroit est trĂšs tranquille et Ă  7min Ă  pied d’une plage trĂšs sympa: La Fosette. Plage familiale et calme. La vie est juste magnifique et c’est tellement agrĂ©able de profiter de l’extĂ©rieur. Le plus est Ă©galement la climatisation pour bien dormir le soir. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Nur kurze Wege zum Strand. Leider dieses Jahr sehr viele TigermĂŒcken, was eine Nutzung der schönen Terrasse abends unmöglich machte. Super Urlaub.

TrÚs contents de notre séjour. Le descriptif correspond tout à fait à la réalité. Maison trÚs fonctionnelle et la clim était la bienvenue. Une vue magnifique Un site superbe. Détente assurée. Nous le referons trÚs certainement. Plage trÚs familiale et l'accÚs à pied surprenant et ludique.

Wunderschönes Domizil

Das Domizil haben wir so vorgefunden, wie vom Vermieter beschrieben. Eine ruhiges Ferienhaus in einer abgeschlossenen Ferienanlage mit herrlicher Aussicht. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten gut erreichbar gewesen. Das Auto konnte so in der Garage bleiben. Auch der Weg zum Baguette holen konnte ĂŒber die befestigte Straße gut zu Fuß bewĂ€ltigt werden. Und am Abend ging es noch einmal mit unseren beiden Kindern im Alter von 12 Jahren auch zu Fuß ĂŒber schöne Wege an der KĂŒste nach Le Lavandou. Uns haben die beiden Sommerwochen im Juli sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal dorthin. Auch der nette Kontakt zum Vermieter ist hervorzuheben und die Organisation bezĂŒglich der Anreise und Abreise haben reibungslos geklappt.
