The moment you step out of your car, you hear the waves & smell the sea. Midway between two of the loveliest fishing villages of south Cornwall – Kingsand & Cawsand are as one – is a handsome well-proportioned Georgian house a street back from the sea, a tardis of a holiday home. The villages alone have 3 family friendly sandy beaches in a sheltered bay, the more adventurous may prefer Whitsand Bay, ideal for surfing. All generations will love it - brilliant set up for 2 families +
