Place was exactly as expected. Great, convenient stay that is walkable to all the downtown bars and venues. As others mentioned, it’s pretty no frills but it’s a wonderful price for the value. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in town

Small, old but painted nicely. It seems small but it was really the perfect size! Perhaps a new coffee pot but the air works great, overhead fan works great. The shower’s seals are needing work but no leaks and plenty of hot water. I truly enjoyed my stay there. Bed is a dream. Across the street is Ella park. Thanks for having me!

Lovely property! Will definitely return. Exactly as pictured and the location is super walkable. It's got a Publix and a bunch of restaurants right next to it. Made my visit to Orlando a great time

Great Rental!

This property may be small but provided everything we needed for our short stay in Orlando. We were able to walk all around downtown and enjoy Lake Eola without needing to drive anywhere.

Even though the outside of the house is somewhat dated, the apartment (#2) was clean, comfortable, and was perfect for a single traveler, and could accommodate a couple as well. There is so much to do nearby (restaurants, cultural events, etc.) that I didn’t spend much time in the room! Would stay here again!

We love the location being within walking distance of Lake Eola, especially at Christmas time. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well stocked and the bed comfortable. Our favorite part is the front porch. A great place to have coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine at night!

Great spot with parking included. It was so close to downtown bars and restaurants. We were in town for a show and it was a perfect stay for the night. Bed was super comfortable too!
