This was a lovely, updated unit in a well-maintained property with a gorgeous gulf view. Also, the property is close to many restaurants and activities. It was just as described and our family enjoyed staying there immensely! While there was just one set of elevators in the building, this time of year is not too crowded, so we had very little elevator wait time; plus the unit is just one floor above the parking garage, so we used the stairs to access our vehicle most of the time. We definitely recommend this unit and this property!

Great location, walking distance to a lot of eating places, little market and ice cream shop across the street. Not to mention a Waffle House directly across the street and Sea N Suds next door, one of our favorite local spots. Condo was perfect for our family of 8, plenty of room, very clean and well decorated! We ended up having a hurricane to form while there and our condo people kept us very well informed the entire time. We did have to end up leaving 2 days early but they offered to refund us for the nights not used, which I thought was very nice of them considering I read where some were not doing that. Would definitely stay here again!

The beach view was breathtaking! The condo is just as pictured & such a clean space. Parking was very easy to navigate and beach access was easily accessible! The only downfall was there only being one elevator, but being on the 4th floor and parking on the 3rd made the stairs not so bad. Will definitely be my forever go to place when vacationing here! If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to enjoy the beach & views, this is the place!

This property was perfect for our family. It is in a prime location, with the ocean right there and close to restaurants and shops. It was very clean and communication with the property manager was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach visit

Perfect 3 BR unit with great beach view, which what we wanted!! Unit was very clean, enjoy the comfortable king size bed with MBR beach view!! Location is only approx 4 blocks fron the Hangout, one of our favorite eating places!!

Rooms were clean. Parking spots were a bit narrow which made it easily to get dings on your car. A grab bar would have been very helpful and much safer getting in and out of bathtub. The sofa and chairs were pretty low which is more difficult for older people to get out of. Kitchen was stocked well.

Awesome!

We loved this place! It was perfect for the size of our family. 6 adults 1 toddler. We had some issues with the laundry but they came and fixed right away! I would book here again and again! The location is AMAZING.

Baseball Spring break trip

The condo was exactly how it was advertised, clean and exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for a high school baseball tournament, but this was also our vacation. Being right on the beach was perfect since our kids were old enough to go out on the beach by themselves. The management of the condo was very helpful with anything we needed and available for any concerns we had.

Friends weekend

The unit was very nice! The only downside was the third bedroom is very tiny for adults to fit in. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The building itself just shows a little age. Very convenient location and easy parking. Would definitely recommend!
