We have enjoyed Palm Valley Country Club for many years due to beautiful atmosphere of the landscape and sunny hot weather and the 48 pools and hot tubs which are located throughout the private club. It is one of the most luxurious clubs with two highly ranked golf courses,16 tennis courts and amazing 100,000 sqft clubhouse with full resturant and special events throughout the year. This is a updated two bedroom, plus office and breakfast area which will sleep up to 5 adults.This home has new stainless appliances, 17 foot ceilings, a TV in every room,marble floors,also a resent new hot water tank and complete furnace system replacement this past summer!There are beautiful saltwater pools with hot tubs located within walking distance of this home. The perfect getaway!!!🌴🌴☀️☀️🏊🏊‍♀️

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
DONT FORGET to 🔌 PLUG-IN security/flood camera in kitchen on departure!!!
Accumulated trash can be brought to Wisteria Ln. Or taken out to the street on Sunday afternoon - for early morning pick up Monday.
For early check ins or a late checkout there will be an extra charge of $75. If available at the time.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must sign and fill out rental agreements for owners and city.
For concert bookings: An extra $500 deposit will be required-if amount of guests is more than on reservation-deposit will be forfeited.
AC no less than 75° and heat no more than 75° Or there shall be an extra utility fee of $150.

I hope you were able to enjoy some of the 48 hot tubs and pools on the property ,four of which are within walking distance of our vacation rental. A soaker tub with jets typically holds more water (60–170 gallons) than the capacity of a standard residential hot water tank (40–60 gallons). This means an average hot water tank may not be able to fill the soaker tub with enough hot water for a full, warm bath in a single go. Best regards, Lori and Jason

We cannot say enough great things about this home and the owners. The owners were very easy to contact , very friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Very convenient and beautiful outdoors from patio. Couldn’t find a bottle opener but everything else was furnished well. Comfortable except for pillows. Enjoyed our stay with friends close by! Would love to play beautiful golf course next time!

Perfect all around

Beautiful property, clean and very nice owners/managers who were so gracious. The only thing we thought of that would be nice to add is a Keurig coffee maker for ease and simplicity. We hope to be able to come back for another stay soon! Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!
